  • Me, an intermediate/beginner snowboarder, her, not. Can I keep both?
    Pint vs XR Comparison
Price- ~$900 vs ~$1400 on Fbook Marketplace (Great place to find a gently used ones at a deal, sometimes with accessories) The market is hot though so act accordingly!
Look- Pint's newer and sleeker look trump the bulk of an XR. But what about after mods...
Agility- Pint can turn on a dime. Much more confident on the sidewalk going between a curb and street sign while trying to social distance
Weight- I wouldn't have thought this would matter much to me but the Pint is considerably lighter. Sure, most of the time you're riding but consider stairs, your whole commute, and if you ever end up with a dead battery
Battery Life- XR. I had 2 chargers when I got the Pint and thought I'd never worry about battery life, one long trip and you're going to want a charge though. The XR, good for 2 or 3 longer trips (3-5 miles) really is a peace of mind and forget about having "range anxiety".
Speed- XR. IMO the biggest difference. Pint pushes back as early as 11-12 mph, yes you can go faster but that pushback is trying to tell you something... XR is faster than I need it to go, I've only gotten up to 16 mph but feel comfortable closer to 12 mph
    Advice and Tips
The bail- You are going to feel like getting off the board when you lose your balance. If you are trying to, commit! Having one foot left on the front sensor bad is no bueno ("ghosting"). Additionally here, as you progress, stay on the board. You can take more bumps than you know and will only learn the ones you ride through.
The Nosedive is very hyped. Don't ignore pushback, don't ride on a low battery, don't let your battery overcharge (going downhill on a full battery) and you might not see one for awhile. If you're going full throttle, be ready to run it out!
Spend your money wisely. These aren't cheap and the initial purchase is only the beginning. Between accessories and mods it is easy to spend another $500. If you're watching this video, just pull the trigger ;) With the market being as hot as it is you should be able to sell it back if you really need to.
The Onewheel Community is awesome. A lot of the answers are already out there, do your research!
I haven't messed with the rain. I've heard about badgering but would love to hear your thoughts in the comments!

That’s interesting- like carrying it or its ability to turn sharply? All the above?
