There’s a lot of trolls online man. Ignore them. I guarantee some are just some guy who bought a ryobi circular saw and worked on a neighbor’s house and think they are special now.
Ryobi is not the shit. It’s not total garbage but it’s not professional grade. Great for guys who don’t want to come out of pocket for the good stuff. Just because it comes out of the same factory doesn’t mean it’s the same quality.
@@jeremyf5853 depends on you tool budget, Dewalt has some good tools, Milwaukee has good batteries but tools are little lacking but looking at cost of battery vs tools.. Ryobi got them beat per charge. Its all about preference, price and quality of tool. I have about every name brand in my tool box LOL..
Tim Ahern I learned a long time ago that if I wanted to improve my work quality, it meant not buying cheap tools. I am a Huge DeWalt guy but I can also recognise that there are many cases where they may not be the best. With that said once you buy into a battery platform it is hard to introduce another brand. I don’t think any other tool brand can compare to the 20v max and the 60v flexvolt line up in regards to offering. All of the others are lacking one component to be truely wireless across the board whether it’s a orbital sander or a top end radial arm saw. Do you disagree?
Richard. You keep doing your thing and don’t let the ignorant comments irritate you. Please know that I have recently changed careers into the home improvement industry from the tech industry. I’m a Carpenter from the UK and I think you doing a great work bud, keep it coming.
Don’t lower yourself to their level. You do solid work; you don’t have to justify yourself. Keep up the great work 👍
Hey I just want too let ya know as a union carpenter out of Philadelphia I love watching your work you do quality work and are a stand up man keep pushing forward the best is yet to come
Nice work Richard. Thanks for the much informed videos and professionalism you share with us.
Home owner here. I live in a 12 yr old craftsman style home with a giant box great room with 14 foot ceilings. Trying to decide whether to go with coffered ceiling or just 8-12” molding similar to crown. Your a master at this! Looking forward to seeing the finished product.
Richard, your videos helped me transform my fledgling business from piddly handyman b.s. to full on topnotch finish carpentry. I couldn't have done it without your guidance. I always tell my customers in the know that "I'm channeling my inner McMurray."
You and your work are great! I love watching your videos my husband cringes knowing another project is being plotted.
There’s a lot of trolls online man. Ignore them. I guarantee some are just some guy who bought a ryobi circular saw and worked on a neighbor’s house and think they are special now.
Hey man Ryobi's the shit. They come out of the same factories as Milwaukee stuff for a lower price.
Absolutely true!
Love that you called out "those people"!!!
Great work, you have nothing to be ashamed of. Keep up the great work.
Wow! Working on that ceiling from ladders definitely a young person's job. The ceiling looks great.
Richard. You keep doing your thing and don’t let the ignorant comments irritate you. Please know that I have recently changed careers into the home improvement industry from the tech industry. I have been a hobbyist and DIYer all my life, so my experience is staggered and your videos have been an invaluable resource. Im thankful to you and other great channels and also thankful that experience has taught me to listen and speak only when what I say is constructive. Hopefully others can take from that.
Remember this job after 100 years later still be looking good, congrats
Well, said mane you are a good Carpenter negative people will always be there to bring you down. Keep doing what you're doing a great job.
“ Do you feed yourself “ classic comeback for all those “ sidewalk superintendents “.
Zero and I mean zero chance I install a coffered ceiling anytime soon. Wouldn't miss one of these vids for anything. Keep it up, you're an excellent teacher.
two weeks later: I'm glad I watched that video, this install is going great!
Finish carpentry TV. Best channel in RUclips.
Excellent work. Giving me great ideas! Yes, you can't fix stupid. People tend to skip through videos because they have no patience and only see and hear what they want. You could probably hang a small car from that structure you made.
I heard ya the first time when you explained what you were doing ✊✊ Love your videos!
Awesome opening comments. Appreciate what you do and show.
I subscribed to your channel because of your attention to detail. These water heads who think you'd cut a corner like that is funny to me. THANK YOU for cutting around the box!!!!!
