I think the musket would be good with a trait called something like- Breach Loader Breach loaded weapons are notoriously difficult to load and fire, and strict fire discipline is required to get the most out of such weapons. A fighter armed with a weapon with the ‘Breach Loader’ trait can only fire the weapon with their second action. If the fighters first action is anything other than a ‘reload’ action, or ‘aim’ action, they suffer a -1 to hit penalty and must make an automatic ammo check if their second action is a ‘shoot’ action. If a fighter has more than two actions, if any action taken before the fighter takes a ‘shoot’ action is anything other than ‘aim’ or ‘reload’, the fighter suffers a -1 to hit penalty and must make an automatic ammo check.

We had a skirmish game using your rules for the scavvies gang vr Orlock and it was a lot of hectic fun and quite deadly. Only issue we had was that the scabby player had twice as many minis as Orlock and was initially activating zombies n scavvies and saving the better minis (boss and Scaly) until Orlock player had no more actions left that round. So we decided that the zombies would all act at the very end of the activation phase, just before starting the end phase.
Fantastic, I'm flattered. I mean they're supposed to be hordey, so they should hebout activating other gangs most of the time, but their weakness is the bad equipment, stats and wargear generally
I think you need to do fading into and from black in between your sections to help RUclips ad AI to find spots to insert the commercials. I've counted at least 5 possible breaks - an intro, three sections and a an epilogue. As it stands right now, RUclips only inserts ads in the beginning and at the end of your videos and with so much video footage and editing work, I think it's fair to have more than two ads per video.
This is great and it would be nice to see some kit bashed savvy gangs in action. They are next on my list after I finish making a chaos corrupted, Tzeentch Delaque gang.

Really enjoying all your content. Only been watching for a month or so but I'm gradually catching up Regarding the Scavvy gang and the Scalies in particular I think you may have missed something. Back in the necro 95 having starting S5 and T4 and W2 was really something. In the latest version of Necro it's not such a big deal with leaders getting much better stats and weapons (bolt guns etc) that do 2 damage. Scalies used to be pretty nasty back in 95 so I'd personally up there T to 5 and W to 3 (or maybe even 4). Perhaps increase A to 3 as well. Just my take of course :-) I'd love to play a Mutant / Scavvy gang again so fingers crossed for the future :-)

We had done something similar though the basic weapons they could buy on their creation like stub, or auto were marked “Scrap” which gave them Unstable so prone to misfiring. Of course once they get a trade roll they could get standards. They just started with dumpster versions, so to speak one man’s garbage sort of thing. Have nor revisited it sense the Mutation release but intend on trying your list. But probably keep the “Scrap” tag we used as it added more to the hobos of Necromunda feel.
The kitbashing for this particular gang is the only interesting concept to me. Sicarian arms and GSC Neophyte bodies is my jam for Neceomunda, lots of claws and swords.
Re. Scalies. You got Leadership the wrong way around. LD:9 in the 95 rules where incredible good as you rolled 2d6 to roll under. So no they were not supposed to be stupid cowards. They where fearless. So they should have cool 5+. WP maybe 6+.

Just my personal opinion but I would be tempted to make Int stat slightly worse for boss and scavvies.
