Looks good, but it seem misses a must-have MIPS and it's a little heavy comparing to DH full face helmets
This helmet ticks so many boxes. It is like they looked at all the popular esk8 helmets and took the best from each of them. Is that clear wind visor removable at all I wonder? Hope the next version allows for some sort of audio system!
Yea the visor is removable
And yes they have already made it audio friendly there is a space on each side you can install a headset

Not sure if I'd want to wear a full face helmet for eskating but if I will then this seems like a good option. Also really like their wrist guards, they don't sit in the way of the remote like normal wrist guards.
Depends on how fast you plan on going...Although you can fall off a side walk and kill ourself technically.

And more importantly, the ease at which you can put it on as well as remove it even with the face plate on unlike Ruroc. Don't get me wrong, I love Ruroc helmets.
But they seem to be very cumbersome in comparison. Especially the face plate.

You need a full faced helmet on that board! It'll make you cry all day lol. I Love wearing a ball cap or half lid but the Zeus is so stable I'm finding myself 40-55km/hr on the regular and its eye watering. I have a bandit helmet left over from my old Yamaha R1. Looks rad.
That's a real nice helmet looks like a better built version of mine but the face guard won't snap off and damage my face.

Visor looks real narrow point of vision. Does it affect your visibility when trying to look down?
Surprisingly No, has an amazing field day view (left right up and down.)

looks great!! I have a Medium sized "thousand" helmet, what size TK02 would that equate to? Love the built in sun shade, 100% required in QLD at the moment.
Best to look at their size chart (my guess it will be a M as their padding is a lot thicker on the TK02
Full face helmets are must imo. Had a decent stack last year, got a mild concussion. Landed on the side of my face. Fortunately I was wearing a full face. Saved me from a trip to the hospital. Plus they look cool. I also suffer with dry eye so the visor is a major plus for me.

Yep.. can relate to the big head myself combined with glasses, sure makes options for full face helmets really limited! I like my DH6-Xg which looks great with the mirror, but it's terrible in low light (and still a tight fit with the thinnest pads..). Do you think glasses are do-able with the TK02?
DH6-Xg is god IMO. They sent me a full set of different visors for free with helmet and since you can change them pretty quick it’s easy to pick one for different conditions.
That looks like a brilliant helmet. Really like the sun visor and full face wind visor. Looks pretty too which is difficult for helmet a lot of the time.
This helmet looks so cool and is really functional. Would love to win a voucher because it's a bit out of my price range. Amazing video Scott!!

Personally find these motorcycle type helmets to hot when wearing. I prefer the MTB and Down Hill full face helmets with lots of openings to let air pass through which makes them more comfortable to wear. Some also have removable chin piece. Obviously no built in visor. Also the peripheral vision and downward vision is much more open than these motorcycle style helmets.
The white one is definitely on my radar for whenever I upgrade my board and equipment, only thing that would make it better would be carbon fiber...

Going to reiterate my wish for a mirrored or tinted outer visor and a clear internal one. Either as an option when purchasing the helmet or as available accessories. I think it’d look great and I can’t see a downside to this configuration.
Can’t wait til the drawing! I’ve been looking for a helmet, I just purchased a propel endeavor pro and have been riding it without protection for awhile now and this is what I was looking for. I’ve checked some others out like bell and demon helms but they just aren’t for me. To be able to have an integrated visor and sun visor with a chin guard is amazing.

to me it seems like its locked on quite well, That said its a removable piece so it will always be at risk if you hit hard enough and on the wrong angle

Although full face helmets are great to have, most of the full face helmets specifically for "electric skateboarding" are too expensive for me. That's why I opt to just use Nutshell helmets and control my speed or MTB helmets which are around 100$ even though its bulky it will do the job to protect my, as Scott says it "Noggin". Or my research capabilities sucks?
1.25 kg is not light. It’s heavy AF.
Removable chin peace won’t protect your jaw well if you ride in downhill tuck a lot.
Visor covers chin pad part which ventilate during ride. Your visor will fog a lot.
It’s not a safety gear, it’s a disaster. I know that they sponsor you, but I beg you to think more about these flows and maybe break the contract.
There are a lot of experienced manufacturers of decent full face helmets for downhill skateboarding. It means you have a real head (and especially jaw) protection with benefits of aerodynamic shape: TSG (Pass, Pass Pro), Predator (DH-6Xg), Triple Eight (T8 Racer), New Olders (a lot of models).
My recommendation is T8 Racer or any New Olders model if you are on budget and Predator DH-6Xg as premium and light helmet with nice aerodynamic and low fogging. TSG Pass is also great premium helmet but fogs more then DH-6Xg but also has a bit better vertical view (not an issue for esk8, but not great for EUC).
