I want an explanation and a conclusion. To me it looked like a wax plug covering an infected ingrown hair. The plug came out exposing a long hair followed by a rush of pus. I want to see the hair removed and the pus completely drained.

If it's in your foot, then you aren't going to be able to see it, so why worry? They probably will use a scalpel and forceps to get it out.
I was a phlebotomist in another life. I used to kind of tease people who'd give me the "I'm really scared of needles" line, but were covered in tats.
I know fear is real, i know tattoos are different. But if i get your mind off my needles, I'm done before you know i started.

I had a calcified ingrown hair that was under my skin. When they removed it. The thing looked like a porcupin quill.
Things I hate about pimple popping/removing thorn vids:
1. They pull/ make a tiny little hole, then squeeze out a bit, or pull out a little, then move away, then continue, like bro. Just remove it at once. Like, idc if they are in pain, REMOVE IT NOW. 👹👹👹
2. they cut it off at the right moment
3. They didn't remove all of it and left it.
4. The hands are in the way. Pretty self-explanatory.
5. The people who do long reaction vids, only to pause for the majority of the whole vid, then we only see 3 seconds of the actual removing 😭🤚
Ever step on a borer thorn? They suck the base is brittle so you can't pull it out you have to wait till it works its way through your foot !¡+
Satisfying would be showing us the removal of what is clearly still there! That looks more interesting than the splinter for real.
You can tell the difference between for profit medicine and public , serving the people, medicine. The for profit has time to make youtube videos , the other is working for the benefit of the public.
It can also aid other doctors. Here on youtube, there are videos of heart and other surgery techniques, so that if one doctor may not know they can watch it and get an idea. It's actually a common practice.
Why is it so hard for people to plant something onto this stuff and just pull it out, hemostats come with locking clamps near the Finger holes

why pull the splinter through the top and drag all of whatever infections there could be, deeper into or through the foot???? now yes, digging at it from the bottom kinda sucks but at least you aren't dragging everything threw the wound track possibly causing more shit.
