These tutorials are actually advertisements to sell you the families used in them. The families are adaptive pattern components and anyone can create their own. It takes longer to navigate through the download site and pay for them than to create the adaptive component.
can you refer any tutorial which teach how to make this roof tiling family

The whole purpose of the video is to give fellow architects a solution. You gave the procedure but didn't provide the families used, for some reason, even when several people have repeatedly requested you for it. So, although the solution is good, by not providing the family, it renders the solution provided useless, incomplete.
Please change that by sharing the families. Thanks.

How to place my roof tile family on my pattern list???
Took ages to complete tiling a simple roof shape. Imagine when you done tiles the roof, then client want to change the roof shape.
I have my own roof tile family, but how on earth could I place it into my pattern list to be used as in the tutorial? thanks

@@karthik133 you have to download this roof tile first from internet anywhere, or if you are working professionally you can ask the supplier to provide you with the revit file for the roof tile which you will apply, then in the project go to component> load family> upload this roof tile as component. Then it will appear in the list.
I suggest just search for roof tiles in rvt. or rfa. file on internet and you will get many free also.

I found it, you have to put roofing tiles revit and is in bimobject, then you find the product. Save the product where you can find it as a pattern.

Add pattern as a family. Create a mass model using a pattern based template, add or create your model into the desired plane as shown on the video
