Brother I just today Visit Service also discus with customer support, they're only recover deleted data and if hard drive damage. If your hard drive bymistek formate they're not recover your data.

Bro,meri 5 TB One touch me health 9% rah gyi 568 bad sectors k sath to mene advanced replacement(ARO) mangwai h jis se me khud apne data ko copy kr sku new drive me,is k liye 14 days ka time milega..lekin is k baad mujhe abi wali current 7 month old faulty drive return krni pdegi..un ko.. to kya mene khud data copy na kr ke recovery service lena tha..waise 3-4000 RS lagte h jb HDD Holand se aati h..texes and charges k..waise recovery free h...to mene ye 4000 bchane k liye advance me new HDD mangwai h..App ka kya sujhav h is mamle me..me agr old hdd return na kru to meri warranty avoid ho jayegi..or 30 din baad womasstet recovery k under me 150$ exc. taxes bhi charge kreneg mere debit ya credit card se.. pls help..me dono hdd rkhu to ?kya frk pdega..koi aap k paas dusri suchana ho to..btao.

@@akashpatel2690 Bro,real me Seagate wale bahut hi help full hain ..unhone meri special request pr fresh HDD advance me hi send kr di jb ki rules me pahle hme apni defected hdd pahle send krni hoti h..jis pr data backup k liye mujhe 15 days ka time mila or mene apni infected ya about dead HDD se data successfully transfer kr k defected HDD un ko send kr diya Chennai address pr.. ab in ki ek SSD h us k liye same process me hu,240 GB 30% health rah gyi h 2 years me..July,24 tk warranty h..

Seagate Hard drive Netherlands bhejne or recovered data drive return par koi custom charges nahi lagta h, wo log bs bolte h ki apko custom charges pay karne honge or is process me 30-45 days lagenge, but unka process bahut fast h or totally free of cost h and 15-20 din me dono recovered data drive and replacement drive mil jati h, bs apki hard drive under warranty honi chahiye.

Recovery center is in "Netherland"- You need to pay for custom duty for that. it's very complicated process.

@@bhawankumarsaini5263 ni Maine bhar se ni karaya. Mera hard disk rescue services maie thi vo free pickup arrange hua tha Segate ne kiya or hardisk Netherland gayi or around 20 to 30 days maie a gayi. Data recovery hi hui replace ho hui.
