Amazing cars and I am a total car fanatic but that right there's an accident waiting to happen All of those people lined up on both sides standing behind that railing one of those cars gets out of control you're gonna have 30 dead people And a horrible devastating accident which will hurt the whole car community What are those cars doing a 100 miles an hour and those railings will not do a thing Just saying Would never want to see an accident but Amazing event and Cars never the less
I always think about the same thing, when on events like this. Airshows also. Not worth the risk

The Chiron did better than I expected with 500 less hp and especially starting from 0 when we know EV take off like a rocket

@CONCEPT2 Bugatti officially said it can do 9.1 sec in the quarter mile stop it. It is the only car that comes sec to the rimac nevera which did 8.6 sec in the quarter mile. Now they working together to create an ever faster Bugatti known as the bolide which is supposed to be even faster.
The silence and speed of the Rimac do not go together but over all the car is pretty sweet

Hmmm. I just think that a quarter mile run is WAY too short for these cars. They hardly have time to build up speed before the race is over. I think that they should try a half mile drag race in the future or maybe even a full mile! It will be much more demanding for driver/car.....
And the speed would be incredible too!
I agree too, 1/4 mile is for cars up to 1000hp, but these beasts...if you ask me,they should make it 3 mile drag race,many of these cars would then come close to their limits,wich,everybody who loves cars will agree, is awesome.

There is a big difference in the horses, but the Bugatti held out. If they were the same number of horses, they would surely lose
the electric motors are single gear, they will drop torque massively near top speed, if it used the Tesla plaid motors it would punch above its HP numbers as they lose little torque at top end with no shifts of any gear and have a stronger magnet type.
Not really the rimac was only ahead because it got off the line faster after that it was neck and neck, well in a mile the bugatto would pass the rimac
