Rbi grade b exam ke liye 10 12 ke percentage matter karte h q ki graduation me 60 % chahiye hota hai
Yes.. but you will not attempt the exams you are not eligible for..
For Example- I couldn’t apply for RBI Grade B ever

Hi sir. I'm from Kolkata. Mera iss saal sbi ja me selection hua h. Bt mujhe officer banna h. To kuch doubts tha.
Mera agr ibps po se Bob, pnb, union jo tops ki bank h, agr usme selection hota h to kya rrb po thodna iske liye shi rhega. Kyunki mera kuch known me h jo log Iss sal ibps po se various banks me selection hua, unme se max logon ka bahar hi posting hua h. Aur bengal ka rrb pnb sponsored h. To kya shi rhega? Need your genuine suggestion. Actually me single child hu, isiliye thoda concerned hu.
Phle sbi po ka target tha, bt apke videos dkhne k bad mene mind chng kiya. Aur vese apko kya pta h ki Kolkata circle me sbi po ka kaisa work pressure rehta h? Postings ka kya scene rehta h idhar

1. If you want to ensure home posting then RRB will be a better choice for u. If you want to get quick promotions then go for IBPS PO
2. PNB Sponsored RRBs are good
3. SBI mein pressure har jagah same hi hai. Sab ki life hell hai

@@banker.pandey ibps po me hi kya frequently transfers hote h? Actually prblm kya h ki Sirf UCO bank ki hq Kolkata me h. Iske ilava koi v bank ka hq idhar nhi h. Aur jaha hq waha jyada branch. Sb banks ka hq either north me or Mumbai. To I guess home posting milne ka chances kam hota h I guess. Yhi concern thi.
Aur har 3 saal me transfer hota hi h? Agr promotion na lu tavvi? Aur promotion liya to hoga hi?
Aur transfer kya within state dete h, ya phir bahar hi most of the time?
Aur psb me bhi kya 8 bjte h sbi ki tarah?
I know sbi se thoda work kam rehta, phirbhi timings kya rehta h in most of places?

It is not a guarantee that if your HQ is in Kolkata, you will stay near it. UCO bank has branches everywhere. But yes if u have some connections you can manage your postings here and there.
3 years mein branch transfer hota hi hai.. that is the maximum you can stay at a branch. But you will not be transferred from a region before 5 years unless you take promotions. UCO can be a good option but make some inquiries from known people about it bcz many things vary bank to bank , area to area..
Banks mein medical ka ek hi tarah se benefit milta hai.. Bank ka kisi Health Insurance company se tie-up hota hai and you will get a yearly medical cover depending on your Post.
Only SBI is different in this matter, they have unlimited coverage without any third party arrangements.
@@ArnabGhosh41 more or less sare PSBs ka work culture is going into the same direction.
Sooner or later every bank will have its employees stay till late. SBI is a big bank so they have created this benchmark which everyone is going to follow.
And this also is dependent on bank to bank. For Example I was in Punjab and Sind Bank during 2017-2019.. till that time there was no culture of late sitting there. But now when I talk to people there, they stay in bank till 7-7:30.
