- Reacting as a rap fan to Slipknot's "Spit It Out" live performance at Download 2009 is like stepping into a whirlwind of raw energy and intensity. From the moment the song kicks off, it's evident that Slipknot isn't just a band-it's a force to be reckoned with, and their live performances are a testament to that.
As a rap fan, the first thing that strikes me is the sheer power of Slipknot's stage presence. The energy radiating from the band members is palpable, and it's infectious. They command the stage with an unapologetic ferocity, drawing the audience into their world with every scream and riff.
The rhythm section is relentless, driving the song forward with a primal intensity that hits you right in the chest. The pounding drums and thunderous bassline create a visceral backdrop for the chaotic cacophony of guitars and vocals.
Speaking of vocals, Corey Taylor's performance is nothing short of mesmerizing. His voice cuts through the chaos like a knife, alternating between guttural growls and soaring melodies with ease. His delivery is impassioned and raw, conveying a sense of urgency that is impossible to ignore.
As the song builds to its climax, the crowd becomes a part of the performance, chanting along with Taylor as he demands that they "spit it out." It's a moment of unity and catharsis, as thousands of voices join together in a primal scream of defiance and release.
Overall, as a rap fan, watching Slipknot's "Spit It Out" live at Download 2009 is a visceral and exhilarating experience. It's a reminder that great music transcends genre, and that true artistry knows no bounds. Slipknot's ability to captivate and electrify an audience is a testament to the power of music to move, inspire, and unite us all.

Are they the best performers among metal bands?
For More Best show by Slipknot... Let's check Slipknot Live In London 2000...
One of the best shows I've ever seen
Okay, so there's this band called GWAR, which is the wildest band to see. They're all in huge massive costumes and they "Murder" a bunch of people and spray "Blood" all over the audience. They are wilder than Slipknot live, but that's because it's Theater mixed with metal.
The negative one please🎉
Plsss man react to welcome to the jungle by guns n roses plss
I'm in that crowd.
I got down on my knees, I jumped the fuck up, and I got absolutely battered. The entire set they played that night is my favourite live show I've ever seen, it was WILD. I was right in the pit area you can see the circle pits form from when the song starts, near Panda Mask dude.
Took nearly 90 minutes to walk back to my tent when they finished playing and my adrenaline stayed high the entire time and the entire rest of the night was a party.
Why does this sound so appealing 🤣🤣🤣 must have been a night to remember!!!
Me too maaaaan! 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
I'm sure i was there, can't quite remember
It was so good! People were trying to kneel but there were so many people crammed in we couldn't all manage it properly so they got down as much as they could. The jump was intense.
been in it twice. first time was like 2003 and nobody had a clue what was going on. insane lol you get so battered because there just isnt enough space between people. so much fun
Bro got more sweaty by watching the video than some people in the crowd 😂
Awesome reaction 🤘🏼
Tell me about it
I had so much fun watching you watch this it's always fun to see someone see Slipknot for the first time. 😊 You should see them live it's amazing 😁💯💜💜💜🤟🤟🤟🤟
Thank you☺️
@@theneverenderreacts My pleasure 😁
My heart is bleeding.......see Joey and Paul together and I remember very well that moment, because I was there........I love you guys I miss you a lot RIP LEGENDS!!!! Keep going to love Slipknot my friend, they are amazing, now bit less then before......A big hug from Dubai!!!!!
Miss you Joey Jordison :(
Fun fact: Joey was not strapped into his seat, he just said "fuck you" to gravity.
Lol exactly!!!
Welcome to the SlipKnot family! 🤘
Great stuff Rivaldo! Loved the reaction. There were 80000 people in the crowd. Hope you do more live shows from Slipknot. I really recommend Disasterpiece live in London 2002
You think that crowd is big, check out Metallica live in Moscow.
…or Woodstock 99
Also depends on the venue size
That crowd was like the 28th largest city in America or something silly like that. I don't remember the exact number. But I'm 54... and I've never seen anything like that before or since
The best part, his shirt is soaked from his enjoyment of this experience. 🤣
Lol this is nothing, you should see the other reactions lol
God this brings back memories. To be there once more.
Its priceless every time i see a new person watching Joey spinning hahahaha. R.I.P.
Love the wild reaction!!!! New subscriber.
This is officially my favorite reaction channel ever. 🤘🤘Love your vibe and energy man. Please react to Protonemesis by extermination dismemberment.
I'll check it out
You picked one helluva first song to be introduced to metal lol. Welcome to the army. I'm 54. Their music transcends age. Corey is an amazing singer. Listen to his other stuff. Joey....RIP brother... you were the best. You won't be forgotten
“There will never be another crazy mother f*cker like you”-Corey Taylor❤
I am glad you did the studio and the live. I prefer every first listen to be studio before moving on to a live, as you indicated as well.
I totally agree!
welcome in the Community Brother
I love the sound of a turntable. The DJ's name is Sid Wilson. Songs that I recommend for reaction where it is clearly audible (sometimes you may not notice): Surfacing, Purity, The Negative One, sic. I don't really like SOME live performances, because in about 20-30% of the songs that I listen to, the sounds of the turntable are not so clearly audible.
Purity Is the Best Choice i think
This video made my soul so happy
I wasnt at this one but saw them a few years later at download and just got out the toilet when everyone was on their knees lol. It was bizarre but amazing
Back then the max capacity was around 65-70K
These days I think the capacity is up to 130K
I was there for this show. Seen them at DL several times since my first time in 2005. It's always a good time when Slipknot are playing and I'm not even enough of a fan to own an album lol
I first found Slipknot in June 99, nobody, including us, had any idea who they were. We put the magic CD into the listening station at HMV (REMEMBER THOSE?!) and instantly started moshing in the middle of the store. Took the headphones off every so gently and purchased the album.
Fan since.
Best performance I saw from them was later that year at a Cultural Center in Vancouver, Slipknot opened for Coal Chamber, yeah you read that right 😆
Great reaction! Another good Slipknot video is Joey Jordison's drum solo from the Disasterpieces DVD. It's hella impressive.
holy shit. ur reaction is so FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIRE GOD DAMN
Iron Maiden has some great live shows. You should check em out.
Will do
They put on a good show high energy he has master crowd control.
Hey man I truely love your reactions 😂😂😂😂
Glad you like them!
I've been so lucky to see slipknot live twice, trust me it's incredible 🙌
Miss Joey so much !! R.I.P. #1 !!
Bro, you're amazing 😅
Thanks 😅
You need to go to a Slipknot show. It's wild
You need to react to Slipknot videos for Duality, Psychosocial and Solway Firth. Amazing!
I've seen them 5 times. It is not to be missed. Go if you can because I don't really know how long they will go on.
"What time is it?" LOL!!! Those of us who know, I guarantee y'all laughed right there. Great reaction bro. I love seeing people experience Slipknot.
Bro you are literally sweating becasue of how much their melting your face!!! i love it lol.
Right!!
You should have been at download 2005 when they got everyone to do just this. 100k people 🤘🙌
Corey spitting bars. Gotta do Blister Exists and Custer
Cool reaction! Sloughter to Prevail - Viking. They are better) IMHO😈 No, this particular show is absolutely incredible! Slipknot are great! I grew up on them. But Stp... You should hear this🤘
You will never get that same action in a rap/rnb/pop gigb ever only metal brings the best in people and the sooner they realise it the better the world will be
Rip joey
"engagement with the fans!" talk about foreshadowing lol
My friend. You should watch the entire 2009 SlipKnot Download set. Absolutely EPIC!
each and every 80,000+ attendee got their moneys worth unless they were blacked out drunk unconscious.
🍻😵💫😜
Also give Omen by Crossfaith a listen - they do the same thing live with that song
They are so 🔥🔥live!!!😊
My knuckles hurt after this song.
I believe this particular festival show was about 90k people...
I didn't edit the first part lol
LO VIVISTE COMO SI ESTUVIERAS AHI!!!!!
I still get choked up hearing Corey yell out, "JOEY! Let's take these motherfuckers home, man!" Rest easy, #1 & #2. The maggots love and miss you both. ❤
Love your vids bro
I think at that point they made the Richter scale needle move. question is what would it register
no offense to Slipknot they are a great band but you should check out "Motley Crue - Wild Side". Tommy Lee the drummer was a pioneer into drum theatrics, he has done similar things with the drums long before Slipknots creation. great reaction
RIP Joey Jordison, RIP Badass $lipKnoT 🥀
Lol there's a reason Joey used a racing seat for his setup. 😂
they are unic in NU heavy metal, true:P
I'm also so by this Musik :)
You DO need to go!! Youd be alot of fun togo to concert with lol Go to some rock concerts youll be hooked like a fish i swear😊

Welcome to the Metal club brother. If you listen to Wham you will be kicked out.
Time for you to branch out of the mainstream metal that you have been listening to up to now and get into some underground death metal, black metal, grindcore, etc.
