wouldnt you be on 12 psi regardless.. psi, depends on make specs of tire.. id go to 12 befor they bagged..fc2.35,s. ford bronco,,with a v8.. nothing new.. i have a 1962 f100 4x4, WITH A V8 352ci..FE. torque, is whart you need 4x4ing, not 1000 hp.. bs.. @@DASHOffRoad

Tank seems to hold up well! how are you finding the weird indicators do you quickly get use to them? As I took one for a test drive and of all things this peeved me the most! but it drives really well.
My R51 Pathfinder used to do the same thing on the gear shift when pushed hard. It also would not hold 1st when I wanted it to and would refuse to manual shift in low range in certain circumstances. It also used to cut power on long hills. I tried to get up that last big hill on the Tom Groggin to Pinninar track once and it would cut power just before the top. I assume that it was the TC cutting it. Once it did, I could not get it going again. Pain in the arse it was.

I have one here in Saudi Arabia and until now the best car that I have, I had before 4 runners, serie 80 Manual 4.5 petrol and land cruiser 70, the tank is a monster with this little turbo, only one mistake I found air-condition water outlet or something in the system gives bad odor like old water

We are investigating, signs are pointing to too much fuel in, and with stock headers and cars, it can’t exit quick enough. ask me again in a couple of weeks when we fit headers
Tank is at least 300-400kgs lighter or even more. I was very surprised comparing my 62 to my new raptor the difference in sand but also a few 100 kgs difference in weight and raptor has more power with fully sick twin turbo but in rocks 62 will possibly win as clearly more ground clearance

Even the Toyota Hilux failed the moose test if you slam on the brakes as hard as you can at 100km/hr and try to turn at the same time, the front wheel dug in and it nearly flipped over. So you will not have a good ending if you do this in any 4WD. This car is also modified with upgraded suspension and longer wheel travel so is not the same.
The 300 Tank's suspension is shit. It's soft enough to demolish tracks offroad, but will make it endo onto it's front two wheels all of a sudden stop. Any of these Patrols is capable offroad, but only the Tank is so bad onroad it's an accident waiting to happen.
The test which showed this the driver slammed on the brakes at 100km/hr, but it still came to a stop safely in a straight line. The only theoretical problem you would have is if you were silly enough to try to turn the car at the same time. On this point, the manoeuvre is the same as what's called a moose test. Someone tested the Toyota Prado using the moose test and it failed, the front wheel dug into the ground and it nearly flipped over, so the moral of the story is you will have a sad ending if you tried to do this in any 4WD.
You can hear the patrols bogging down at the top. Either need less weight, smaller tyres of more power to get right to the top without an issue. Tank does it so easily by comparison!

I did and it performed comparatively with the Patrols. I think it has proved itself on sand now 👌

It will depend on the brand of tyre. For Dorado we usually start at 15PSI but some were down to 13
