I´ve just discover I´ve got it in my right hand. It´s been a bit shocking for me. I live in Spain, unenployed, so can´t do much about it. THANK YOU A LOT, this video has helped me.
Hey thanks for the video. I have a queston. Whilst doing this type of massage is it okay to massage the lump itself or should the lump be avoided? Thanks
Hi Lewis. I would ask the doctor what the lump is first and what would pressure do to it. Better safe than sorry. If it is scar tissue than that is fine to work directly on it.
@@hollandmassagereflexology2000 i just been diagnosed with dupuytren's. I have a hard lump in the palm of my hand but as of yet no contrature so i guess it is early stages. My mother in law has about 20 years experience as a trained Thai masseuse and say's that she is sure that she can break it down with massage techniques. What are your thoughts? Thanks again
@@lewisbezzina7195 Scar tissue is greatly benefited by crossfiber friction. In the state of Ohio, if you get a Doctor's prescription for therapy you do not have to pay sales tax on the therapy. Doctor's do prescribe deep tissue for this condition.

Thanks for the tip but a question. Why is doing it longer possibly undoing the good work we've done? What is happening by longer massage?

Do yo massage the node and cord too? I have full use of fingers, but have a visible node and cord on each hand.
How hard are you digging in? I've read that there should be no pain or soreness the next day. Won't you be causing imflamation?
I have that problem with the palm of my hand.
