I'd appreciate the series, but I hope that The Federalist Society would make a series about Article II, which talks about the executive branch of government, and even other articles and constitutional amendments.

This needs to be taught in every public school across America, the American taxpayers shouldn't take no for an answer, the problem identified by most Americans now is those politicians who have a D after there names and they NEED TO BE VOTED OUT OF OFFICE THIS NOVEMBER, ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY 💯 to get the United States back on track 👣.......

You didn’t explain the part that says “ no state shall make anything but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debt”

What’s really interesting about this section of the constitution is that the states are prohibited not only from coining money, but also from excepting anything other than gold or silver coin as a tender, in the payment of debts which means we are presently operating unconstitutionally in terms of our money

The Title 28 U.S. Code § 3002. (15a) "Federal Corporation" replacing our Constitutional Republic, is one of the major problems... Our government operates under Maritime Admiralty Law, not Constitutional Law. Hasn't since 1871...

No. That section is simply defining what the term "United States" could be referring to along with (b) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States or (c) an instrumentality of the United States. The United States is not a monolithic entity, there are a number of federal government corporations that have been established by Congress like the US Post Office and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The Republic has not been "replaced."

READ IT YOURSELF!! It's written so that EVERY literate citizen can comprehend it. If you're a teacher it should be your priority to ensure NO STUDENT comes through your classroom without being REQUIRED to attain at least a basic understanding of it.

I question this because states governors have went abroad for commercial dealings that effects the state? So what you are saying states are overstepping their authority or responsibility.
