It was actually my 2nd TIA; first one was in 2009 when I lost vision in my right eye for several minutes - my vision was shaded and black. My 2nd stroke a week ago - my left leg went numb and tingly for awhile along with losing all my bearings.. I was very confused, disoriented, blurred vision, speech. Scary. In the hospital, they ultimately found out I have PFO aka, a hole in my heart that I never knew existed all my 52 yrs of life, but it was discovered by reason of me having a stroke.. so they did an echocardiogram bubble test in addition to two brain CT's and brain MRI. So now on to the Zio Patch. Prayers and well wishes to ours and everyone's good health! 🙏🏽💜💪🏽🌺

When you said “Alexa set timer for 2 minutes” my Alexa set a timer for 2 minutes and I had the volume up from playing music earlier and her voice was so loud she scared the crap outta me! I have to get this patch on Friday and I never would’ve thought about the skin prep procedure. The sandpaper scratching then alcohol is freaking me out already!! I hope I get to do it myself and they don’t do it for me! I have a super fast heartbeat it’s always over 95 except when I’m sleeping and my Dad has heart problems too so I hope it’s just anxiety or something stupid, but I get pretty winded and sometimes dizzy so I don’t think it’s just anxiety.
I just spent three weeks in intensive care at Audie Murphy for COVID-19. Prior to COVID could walk 5 or more miles a day. I developed blood clots and my heart rate ever went under 100 since getting out of the hospital. I got this item this morning and put it on. Can’t wait to get the results.
Oh, bless you I hope everything resolves soon. The good news is that even if you wind up with postviral dysautonomia it isn't fatal, just wildly inconvenient. I'll be praying for you.
Thank you for posting this I am a trained most of the training I received the mannequins and things we trained on are all male same thing with the instructions to this device I'm also a health caregiver for a woman you and her have similar body types so the less the mystery is solved this is how you put it on a girl thank you
@@daveintheblackhills282 i had mine for two weeks, no problems. They ended up finding a tachycardia that was a result of covid long-haulers. I still have a heart condition but I’m very grateful the heart monitor was only temporary
I live in Florida ,it's hot. Mine started falling off the day I got it. After 4 days of the L side falling several times a day. It fell off in the shower I said .forget it. Called the Co .told them . Put it in the box shipped back. Today getting my stress test .echo next week.
Nothing much happened while it was on. My cardiologist reviewed the results with me during my tilt test, and said it caught inappropriate sinus tachycardia events.

They going to do Echo testing on me and cardiac heart monitor. Now I’m going to explain to the airport because I’m going to travel pretty soon so I have to let that I have wires and shit. I don’t want them to think I’m a bomber lol 😂😂
My heart is structurally normal. My autonomic nervous system is not. I have a neurological condition. So think of it like a car accident. The car didn't crash itself, the driver did. My heart does stupid stuff, but it is my brain's fault.

Got over 100 F, hospital one came came off, over and over, I gave up and put it back in the box.
