Hi please do you have advice on how to identify Hyundai Sonata 2008 radio code. I was told that it is the last 6numbers of the VIN. But there’s only space for 4 numbers

I have a 2006 sonata, the radio and clock works, I can program stations and that works. But the display on the radio doesn't work. It dims with the lights on, but cannot see the radio station or volume on the screen. Any ideas?
