    I think you switched the enzymes around in your final step. Your enzyme Bs are supposed to be enzyme Ks and vice versa if I am correct.
    Otherwise, thank you for this amazing tutorial. You have saved me a lot of time and stress.

    You did make a mistake towards the end by labeling the wrong B value, but other than that you explained this extremely well. I have a much better understanding of restriction mapping now than I did 15 minute ago, Thanks A Lot!!!!!

    Very helpful way of solving the fragment order!!! Thank you! But I think you might have gotten the last part wrong since you ended with seven plasmid fragments when there were only six, and I think the B's and K's were switched. Nonetheless, this was exactly what I was looking for

    K and B should be swapped at the end, no? When you add the base pair lengths you get the fragment lengths of the opposite enzyme.

    Everything made sense but in the end interchanging K and B gives the right answer when you check distances for them. Please check. Thanks for your help
