I think you switched the enzymes around in your final step. Your enzyme Bs are supposed to be enzyme Ks and vice versa if I am correct. Otherwise, thank you for this amazing tutorial. You have saved me a lot of time and stress.
Good sir you probably have no idea how much this saved me. Your explanation is so clear that I could integrate the thoughts to my fellow classmates who were also mad confused about this concept. You actually saved the entire class of 18 people. Thank you.
this video is uploaded before 6 year ago. But now today I understand it easily, hats off. This is the power of knowledge somu dada.. thanks from bangladesh.
You did make a mistake towards the end by labeling the wrong B value, but other than that you explained this extremely well. I have a much better understanding of restriction mapping now than I did 15 minute ago, Thanks A Lot!!!!!
I'm following you for 2 years.... I'm a microbiology student (5th sem)... your videos are amezing.....i got so much information...you always makes things easy ....... ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে
Very helpful way of solving the fragment order!!! Thank you! But I think you might have gotten the last part wrong since you ended with seven plasmid fragments when there were only six, and I think the B's and K's were switched. Nonetheless, this was exactly what I was looking for
I really have a hard time looking and finding for the perfect explanation for this and I saw this! Very helpful and easy to understand so I subscribed now
Thank you so so much!!!! May God Truly Bless you!!! I understood this only by watching the video once, the morning before my Final... You are a lifesaver!
This is beyond creative!!! I can't believe I can do restriction mapping now, even my genetics teacher couldn't get me to understand. THANK YOU SO MUCH SIR GOD BLESS YOU. PS: you did little mstake switching B and K by the end :)
That was really cool. I appreciate. Can you please Map this sample question using your method? EcoRI fragments are: 1.7kb, 0.9kb, 0.4kb HpaI fragments are: 1.6kb, 1.4kb EcoRI + HpaI fragments are: 1.2kb, 0.9kb, 0.5kb, 0.4kb
Your videos helped me do well on my genetics exams! Thank you for covering so many topics, it is as if you have a video for everything! It is amazing to me lol. Keep it up, these videos are truly substantial.
Everything made sense but in the end interchanging K and B gives the right answer when you check distances for them. Please check. Thanks for your help

K and B should be swapped at the end, no? When you add the base pair lengths you get the fragment lengths of the opposite enzyme.
Exactly
yed
Absolutely
Exactly. Well observed ....
So does that mean the sections on the circle with B should be labelled K and vice versa?
Sir, is it possible to have 3 components add up together such as A+B+C or even more than that?
your teaching method is very effective sir.....
Thank you sir! for this clear explanations
