Hey MasakoX, will Zarbon meet or hear about the one Galactic prisoner that's the same species of him? You know the one that fought Vegeta on Yardart in the Dragon Ball Super Manga. I think that might open up some interesting character development for Zarbon in this What If Story. Don't you think so?

Several parts later, after Piccolo and Kami fuse...a much more "enlightened" Piano is ready to be the new Kami, instead of Dende! Piano: "Told you I'd be 'ruling' this world, brother! Now, let's get to work with keeping it safe!"
Its great Zarbon and Dodoria helped him after seeing their boss Frieza defeated. I hope Zarbon and Dodoria gets more important roles in the future of this what if. I liked how he handled himself in the battle. Not doing the same thing his original counterpart Goku did. That makes the battle harder than it needs to be. It be great if Vegeta finds him, Zarbon, and Dodoria in the next part. Thanks Masako for the great content.

I don't know why, but, this episode of What If Goku landed at Capsule Corp. feels like it could mesh really well with What If Turlus Turned Good? Your thoughts?

@@MasakoX Yes If Goku/Kakaraot is just a litle bit changed in the start of the adventure, evrything changes like in the What If Goku won the First Budokai.
I hope this means we will get more out of Zarbon and Dodoria. Zarbon's fighting style has always been a fun time to me where it was like a mix of Vega and Zangief from Street Fighter and that gives him a lot of wiggle room for some fun techniques. And Dodoria giving room for a big lug of power is always a fun time that the team tends to lack. Overall this is a fun what if and this development makes me want so much more.
@@nok4799 Dodoria has some fun stuff about him, he just shares a lot of moves across the board with other characters with the headbutt and the mouth blasts. Throws don't tend to be very common in the series which is why I focused more on Zarbon. The two major ones I can think of who use them are Zarbon and Recoome. And the ultimate grappling technique the full nelson of course.
I really enjoy this what if. Feels more like a slow burn which you've been getting ever better at as time goes on Masako. Looking forward to what becomes of Frieza's goons turn anti-villains(?) In the coming parts.
Hey Masako, here’s a topic for discussion: If we apply All Star Superman’s “Gravity warps time” concept, wouldn’t Goku and Vegeta have aged more rapidly, even given the Saiyan Biology?? A neat little thought experiment.
If that was a thing, Vegeta would be much older than Goku, considering he likes to train in 300x+ Earth gravity very often. Also, Trunks would be much older than Goten, since he trains with his dad. And, considering the Hyperbolic Time Chamber also has some form of increased gravity, there might be credence to your theory. Perhaps, like Logan’s healing factor, Senzu beans can also heal signs of aging, allowing the Saiyans to appear younger, despite their ages accelerated from Gravity Training.
I’m not familiar with All Star Superman but I’m fairly certain that significantly higher gravities irl, of the kind Vegeta and Goku train with, would _slow_ the process of time for them relative to someone who wasn’t exposed to that gravity. Meaning they’d age slower, not quicker. If we’re interjecting logic and relativity into this show about magic wish orbs and monkey people, then why not use real life relativity?
@@Storyman09 yes and no. In All Star Superman, Lex Luthor makes a serum that gives him the powers of Superman for 24 hours. Superman increased his gravity by 500x, reducing the 24 hours to like 2-ish. So by that logic, while it feels slower to the person experiencing it, they are actually accelerated in their personal time.

Given the changes made I do have a feeling the Z Fighters will be strong enough to beat the Ginyus without Bocksa or Vegeta, and when Bocksa comes back with both Zarbon and Dadoria I REALLY hope they all are best buddies now from being on Yardrat if that part of the story stays in tact still.
# 001 Well if Future Trunks is still going to be a thing in this what-if, either the Z-warriors will take out the Ginyu Force. And Trunks, like in the original, makes quick work of the Emperors and their grunts. OR Trunks just straight up pull a Goku and commits mass genocide on the entirety of the Cold Crew including the Ginyus. However chances are that Ginyu himself may pull a fast one and do the body change on somebody, granted if Trunks doesn't know about that ability.

man only 5 more parts until its tied with the longest series and we just passed Namek, I'm really liking the slower story telling of recent what ifs and this one really benefits from it.
Huh, looks like Zarbon and Dodoria are going to get Yardrat training, obviously they won't get the gains Goku will, but I could see them getting similar power to what Piccolo has right now. I like how this what if is getting even more baddies turning a new leaf, really shows how much more effective thinking things out can be. For instance, I doubt 17 and 18 will insist on hunting down Goku after having a chat with the z fighters so there'd need to be some trickery for Cell to become Perfect Cell.
Imagine Zarbon and Dodoria train on Yardrat, too. They come back with things other than Instant Transmission, like healing or something. Be pretty cool, yeah?
So I assume Boxa will get the training that he does and have the power to surpass Cold. I think what would be cool is if Zarbon and Dadoria get some gains as well. Would they be stronger than the King? Probably not. But it would be cool to see them at least surpass the Ginyu Force! And hey, maybe Zarbon can either gain enough power to never need his monster form again, or perhaps he can get some mental training to become at peace with his transformed state; no longer having to feel disgusted about using it?

All the hypothetical questions that are part of the intro always make me imagine an april fools joke where Masako says "No." And then just describes the plot of dragon ball with one slight difference.
Huh? 🤔 So everything went about the same like canon cool, but Bocksa been smart and not let Frieza go 100% nice. So this makes it official that Zabuza and Dabura join the Z-Fighters this will be interesting for the future. My guess is Goku is on Yardrat like normal, and is doing his normal SSJ training/learning Instant Transmission training. So the Ginyu Force are showing up too this could be a problem that's until the Future People Show Up! 😆 Anyways another really good part, and looking forward to the next part soon.
I like how zarbon n dodoria play a bigger role in this story I always liked them n thought they were underrated like they're frieza's right hand and left hand men.
Don't forget to include the two Ginyu Force members from Yo Son Goku and Friends! They don't get enough love. There might be even more Ginyu members in the extended universe material that I'm not familiar with.

So this makes it official that Zabuza and Dabura join the Z-Fighters this will be interesting for the future. My guess is Goku is on Yardrat like normal, and is doing his normal SSJ training/learning Instant Transmission training. So the Ginyu Force are showing up too this could be a problem that's until the Future People Show Up! 😆 Anyways another really good part, and looking forward to the next part soon.

I like how zarbon n dodoria play a bigger role in this story I always liked them n thought they were underrated like they're frieza's right hand and left hand men.
Don't forget to include the two Ginyu Force members from Yo Son Goku and Friends! They don't get enough love. There might be even more Ginyu members in the extended universe material that I'm not familiar with.
