That does actually makes sense goku was probably just not raised to bring out that side
His father was a regular sayian fighter and due to countless life and death fight got a power level of 10k. He wasn't that much smarter than the average sayian just slightly to make him a squad leader and it was mostly fighting experience not tech or book smarts

Well Almost every human become useless when dbz starts well execpt for one time with Tien and Semi-Perfect Cell
unless the humans learn kaioken and piccolo fuses with daimao around buu saga.

@@ICE-de4kx I say that kaioken can only be up to 20 as a limit to humans, humans can only master kaioken up to 20 but namekians can actually use and master kaioken up to 100 BUT while using kaioken namekians cannot regenerate.
goku using piccolo's energy managed to use kaioken up to 100 for a brief moment to defeat lord slug, but thats only in the movie so I doubt saiyans can take more than 50.
cell is the only one who could use and fully master kaioken with no problems if we think about it.

Long have I wondered what would've happened if Eighter traveled with Goku for the long term. How it would affect the tournaments, the Demon King Piccolo arc, and *especially* the Android/Cell saga.
Bulma would have upgraded Eighter with Capsule Corp technology ironically far better than Red Ribbon technology.
I'd honestly LOVE to see that as a legit What If series!!!

It'll be interesting to see Lunch's docile personality react to inexplicably becoming a world-class martial artist. I imagine it being a Jason Bourne situation where she retains all her ass kicking skills and is initially just confused as to why she just flattened somebody. Maybe she switches right before her match and just "accidentally" wins.

Well and interesting that Lunch IS being trained by Master Roshi, maybe she will be able to be aware of her double personality, what is cool at this stage is that characters like Nam, and Ranfan that I really hope Krillin end up getting involved. The struggles have to be different here, I also hope that
Master Tsuru and Tao Pai Pai are in the tournament, along with Tenshinhan and Chaos.
They would be aware that a person with a split personality is not mentally stable and they will do what it takes to merge the personalities stabilized together as one if you know of "Change 1,2,3" manga.
I'm just waiting for the time when -Goku- Bocksa goes to train with King Kai, and instead of having to make him laugh, he instead earns his graces by souping up his car

I hope he and Yamcha will bond over vehicles in addition to martial arts. Yamcha loves his hot rods and he knows how to fix them up to. Bocksa was lonely without Bulma to tinker with, so Yamcha could fill that role and be the older brother he never had. (rip Raditz)
you know, as much as i hate hercule and jaco in canon, i really love how masako keeps making them useful and actually competent whenever he brings them in for a what if

Roshi is about to have some serious gains based on him resuming his training in Super.
Masako, doesn't Goku's tail regenerate? In the original DB, it was shown to grow back multiple times. Rather quickly, too. Kami, presumably through magical means was the only method through which to permanently remove it.
The disappearance of tails later in DBZ is an huge plot hole due to this (I'm aware the actual reason is due to Toriyama).
Dude they should have kept their tails anyway

Will be interesting to see if Goku's lack of a tail will remain that way when he goes up against Jackie Chun. Of course, I could see Roshi possibly not having to use the same tactic since his pupil is somewhat more levelheaded and easier to inspire the "Seek greater challenges and self-improvement, no matter what" philosophy in this continuity.
I kind of figured goku would be at least knowledgeable of science and engineering in this what if because he’s always shown to be a fast learner

Okay, this is gold. I really want to see an alternate world where THIS is the Dragon Ball story.
Loving what you're doing with some of these more unusual what-ifs. Bulma training and building a battle suit, Krillin becoming saiyan, Hercule training with Roshi, Goku landing at capsule corp; those three are my favorites of the ones running right now... way more interesting than changing the timing on super-saiyan being revealed, or Vegito staying fused.

Just going to say it now: There had better be a different future timeline when you get around to that part. Bringing the default Future Trunks into your what ifs has gotten a little old, and this is one with a lot of potential. Give it your all, no matter how long we have to wait between parts. The quality is what we come to this channel for.

Breakfast Club of Combat 2 0 - Launch Edition. Blue haired is all chill and analytic, with a more defensive/counter style, while Blonde is aggressive and focused on dropping whoever it is like a ton of bricks. Possibly even with some weird form of carry-over between the two, where if they sneeze during a fight, they've trained to be able to keep going, no problem. :D
I adore this What if, the interactions, the fun, engineer Boxer, and with the world tournament coming up I can't wait to see who will enter, if it'll be the same entries or possibly different entries.

I'm really enjoying this take on a Dragonball where a young Mr. Satan fills in where Yamcha might, and Roshi drinks his Respect Women juice and sorts out his horny old man nonsense way earlier. Here's hoping we keep seeing more Launch too!

I mean what would REALLY change? The only thing I can think of is him changing into a great ape during the saiyan saga vs Vegeta. But I don’t see Vegeta using that against Goku.
Well no more Moon because Kami wouldn't put it back since Great Ape so Goku would fight against Vegeta as an out of control Great Ape so Gohan and Krillin would have to destroy the Power Ball rather than attacking Vegeta and Goku because yeah there's no getting near that wrestling match or both of them lose their tails getting them cut off the three Defenders of Earth beat the Prince and the form becomes useless because Super Saiyan or they don't have tails to Transform so no more Great Ape transformation (Unless Kami helped Goku control the form).
I always wondered if Launch would actually train instead of being a classic character.
Imagine how it will benefit her especially when the training merges her two personalities together.

What if the Red Ribbon Army never got destroyed and just went into hiding, Dr. Gero becomes the leader and studies Goku and has more resources for revenge
He'd probably turn all the soldiers that are still loyal to the Red Ribbon into cyborgs. Perhaps even the only officer active at the time, General Copper. Making him his second in command of the cyborg army.

Boy do I really dislike Jaco. He's annoying with that ego. I also feel that Goku here has more of a drive to tinker than for martial arts.
Some what true but even in canon Goku/Boxer only pushed himself as hard as he had too. He would sit around doing next to nothing but catching fish or the like for years at a time. He only really got stronger when there was a need to do so and thus far Boxer really hasn't had too many tough enemies that needed him to try.
@@JustaGuy_Gaming yeah but Goku also gets bored really quickly, especially if it is a lifestyle he is not particularly used to. We got to remind ourselves that Goku was introduced to martial arts at an extremely young age thanks to grandpa Gohan and he practically grew up in the woods, so he was already predisposed to that lifestyle. Here however he didn't have that exposure to martial arts or anyone to take after who was interested in that sort of thing. He landed in capsule corp and therefore his exposure is to machinery instead of martial arts and his role models are scientists and geniuses, not master martial artists. This Goku is a gear head, and quite the little genius at that. You are more likely to see him with an oversized wrench making robots and vehicles rather than firing lasers in an orange gi. He would find martial arts boring because it doesn't provide the mental stimuli that he is used to. To Boxer machines are more interesting in their intricacies than the repeated routines of martial arts, and there is only so long one can put up with Roshi. Boxer would quickly grow bored and be tinkering with anything he can get his hands on, the plumbing, the electrical, Roshi's car, even Launch's guns. Raditz would be in for a very nasty surprise when he finds out that said farmer with a shotgun is able to actually hurt him severely because Boxer reinvented the entire industry. Not to mention that the armor they wear is kinda useless against our weaponry.
Saiyan children can regrow tails. Unless he regularly pulled or removed his tail everytime it grows back

THIS Gohan would not stall when Vegeta goes rouge, but that could just shorten the time for Buus arrival. Goku would convince Gohan to go with Shin to face Buu while he handles Vegeta.

I know this is a few parts away but, When Bocksa meets Future trunks its gonna a bit strange to Trunks that his mentor's father is his uncle in this timeline.

Definitely will be a fight for the Ages... ironically, I think it also means the last fight of the World Martial Arts Tournament may be Jackie Chun Vs. Mark... because if Mark goes up against "Boxa" before the Master does, Mark might have similar ideas on how to take down our favorite Good Boy Saiyan... and at this point in the story, the man who would become Hercule might actually be able to pull off the win against the spiky-haired lad!

Can you do a what if for Android 16? Like, what if android 16 was rebuilt after the cell games? Or even after the buu arc.
