Good share. Driving self therapy. I am not surprised you get worn down mentally. You have a lot going on. And you should be acknowledged for the work you do. Take care friend.
@@notyourguru913 Totally agree...there is no one on this earth who always have up days..there will be down days and it's important we help each other through...continue to talk it through caz that's the only way someone can know what we're going through and lend a shoulder
I was mid spiral when I stumbled upon your video… and it helped so much to see and hear someone going through exactly what I was experiencing in this moment, and having the same thoughts. Thank you.
Eric, you are an inspiration to me. You ARE highly impactful and your willingness to be so transparent and vulnerable about your shadows is part of what makes such a huge impact for me. Because your light is so bright as well, and you reflect for me that it’s okay to have shadows and to admit them and that it doesn’t detract from a person’s worth, value and benefit to the world. Thank you for being who you are. Julie
Looked up “spiraling BPD” because that’s what I’m doing right now. Started yesterday, ended up crying, and it’s still here today. I feel like everyone thinks I’m a cringe loser at work and all laugh at me. I feel like quitting and switching jobs because of this spiral. So I’m trying to find someone to relate to.
Yes as long as you have a conscientious community and ways to work through the pain and fear as it occurs. Psilocybin is one of the tools that have helped me be confident enough to create and share a video like this

The depths of your shadows points to the brilliance of your light.
Wish you could see you through our eyes...you are a blessing to this world bro ❤
Thank you. I get glimpses. We all need each other on this journey of life.
