Letting the others get a win against the minor villains is all we ever wanted. But what we got is everybody either gets bodied by the minor villains to make Goku look better by comparison or they stand on the side lines to scared to do anything.
Can’t wait for this ark to be animated, not because of Moro or ultra instinct or even vegeta getting a second hand W, for the “hold em off tell goku gets here” squad finally gets back in action sucks that one of the only times tien gets to fight is against a gag crook

I hate how long it took for any official material to make SSJ Blue actually feel like a cool form. Goku vs Sagambo, Goku going SSJ Blue in the Broly movie and Gogeta violating Broly once he becomes Blue are hard carrying the form The only other times Blue was even remotely cool were Goku's "You killed Chi-chi and Goten" speech and Vegeta's beatdown of Black. It really had no reason to be treated like it was for the longest time: vs Golden Freeza it failed at overpowering him, Vegeta failed at clean up, in U6 saga he got cooked by Hit and Goku only started doing work with Blue Kaioken, Vegeta got impaled by untransformed Goku Black, as soon as Black understood that rage boosts Saiyan he started beating them up once again, Vegito was blue balled by the transformation, Blue did zero work on Jiren. Maybe it's better in the manga versions of these arcs, but I really don't see a reason to make a new flagship transformation for your series and then have it constantly lose.
Blue didn’t fail at overpowering frieza? Frieza was the one of the ground and ended up being killed. In u6 it oneshot Cabba and I think frost and in the Top they use it to oneshot basically everyone who’s not the pride troopers which is kinda crazy since it really shows how blue puts goku and vegeta ahead of like 90% of the warriors in the multiverse
Also once Goku started going god and blue, Jiren actually had it start dodging and blocking attacks. Like even if he’s stronger, blue has show to basically be a form you straight up shouldn’t let hit you even if you far outclass someone.

In terms of winning fights that matter Blue puts in 0 work, by comparison SSJ beat Freeza twice, Android 19 got cooked once a SSJ without heart virus stepped in and once it stopped doing work against 16, 17 and 18 they didn't keep it as their strongest form for 2 more arcs while being demolished by every major foe, they immediately worked to upgrade it (G2 and G3), once that didn't work they tried to master it (G4) to then finally surpass it (SSJ2). And in the movies it beat Cooler, one Metal Cooler body, overloaded the Big Gete Star and destroyed Cooler's wire body, beat Super 13 after the Spirit Bomb infuse and Broly after the energy gathering, Blue stacked with Kaioken never defeated anyone important, multiple SSJs beat Broly and Hajiyack or whatever it's called with combined attacks, characters in Blue tried this more times and it only worked once against Anilaza. The difference is clear: one form won its debut fight with no caviats and stayed dominant throughout it's period as the strongest Saiyan form while the other failed to win against exausted Freeza twice in a row (Goku got blasted and Vegeta let the Earth get blown up) and needed Whis rewinding time to finally get rid of him, then didn't do work against any important foe in any arc and it took until the ToP for Goku to stack Kaioken on top of it consistently and for Vegeta to unlock power comparable to Blue Kaioken.

And as far as I know a lot of the more egregious losses for Blue are also in the manga, except the Blue Vegeta vs Goku Black one and we don't see how RoF went in the manga.

its funny how the Z-Fighters are all strong enough to destroy cell with one punch at this point. Then there are criminals who can compete with the Z-fighters when cell is stronger than Frieza and Frieza is meant to be the strongest in the universe back in Z. Im not upset or trying to get people mad at me, i just find this funny.
The manga generally doesnt upscale the Z fighters as much as the top did. I think theyd 1 tap frieza now as shin could, but vs cell? Low diff sure, but not a sheer violation. As for the convicts scaling to them, its a numbers game. They were easily handling them early in, but against the stronger ones, they had to use more stamina and ki, which is draining and there were multiple coming at them, and its likely that the convicts were boosted by Moro afyer they chose to work for him when they escaped
