#3 Autumn Trout Flyfishing // Elinor 20mph winds // High water levels // 19 Nov 23

We went for a half day session to Elinor knowing it was cold, windy, grey and the water was coloured with little visibility. But we thought we would have some fun and see if we could gets some sport. 6 to the net, 1 got away and we were driving out by 1pm after an 8am start. The boys had fun playing in the overspill of water or trudging through the mud on the wall.
All fish in great condition, 1 nice 3lb, great fighting fish just a shame 2 of the fish had been caught an released before where the mouth was damaged by barbed hooks.
