brighter opening scenes and better balanced sound....it was just niggling me - wish I'd noticed it earlier, sorry!)
"A montage of clips (after a couple of late nights editing!) having gone through over 300 short film clips to put them together in a generally chronological sequence (although a little bit of creative license needed to make it flow better).
I hope it conveys the lively buzz, the noise (love it or hate it!), the amazing colours, styles and designs of these fantastic machines.... and of course the great friendly atmosphere conjured up by everyone who attended, whether riders or spectators.

Isle of Wight born and bred, love this went every year until we moved to Dorset, brings back memorys of the early 70s with mods on scooters and us rockers or greasers as we were known on our motor bikes great times, love the video

Loved this video , the last rally I ever went on was IOW. 1985 . This bought the memories back, good times .

Ahh the annual gathering of the comedy mod & Skin club while the scooters are mostly transported in the back of a van. Gotta love them 😂 great vid btw

My husband and his mates ride done every year from Kent. Ferry is packed with riders from all over the country. Sure, if you have a real show scooter then can't blame them for bringing it in the back of a van. So, 'mostly' No.
My Serveta has never been in the back of a van, you should go one year and experience the Rally first hand

My partner and I are buying a new 300GTS , got no intentions of jazzing it up and trying to make it look like an old classic , will be get any stick if we attend the rally next year ?
Absolutely not. ...All kinds of scooters there from what I could tell, mostly Vespas and Lambrettas, but old, customised and new models all mixing in together. I'm sure you will enjoy (Good weather helps of course!)

@@paulknights3701 i remember in the 60s this guy had died his green fishtail red….i thought that was cool..but today an old green one would be cool.you can still get desert boots today,but nobody bothers..how uncool is that..?
