I have several Hygger lights, and was planning on picking another 36" light, so this was a pleasant surprise. I clicked on the link to order a light, but Amazon Canada isn't offering the promo. Does you contact at Hygger have any info as to whether this light and promo will be offered here?
I just checked Amazon US. They didn't actually fix anything. They just sent you the correct light for a 34-38" tank, whereas the original they sent you was for the 38-46" tank. Both are listed on the page. Unfortunately, the correct light is also 10 watts less than the original light you rec'd. That said, 50% off, for you US residents, is still a great deal.
Correct. They had the part numbers wrong and were shipping the wrong light. It has since been corrected and cool of them to offer a long sale to regain consumer trust. So, non US residents don’t see the “redeem” button or sale?
@@ssaquascapesCurrently not available in Canada. I could have it shipped from the US, for $85 US (including shipping and import charges). When I checked earlier, it had the 50% coupon showing, but it appears now to be deleted. It certainly appears to be a better light than those I have. A lot more flexible settings than the older types with a 4 button controller.
I have emailed Hygger and confirmed that yes, only available to Amazon US shoppers. And I made them aware the coupon disappeared. I will update with a pinned comment and here when the coupon is fixed.
