Just bypass 2 R005 resistors on the board, if it doesn't work, you can add an about 2.2uF capacitor on the fet like this pic (you can try other value) drive.google.com/file/d/1_12oMAdIAIRcALwey9a4PyI8gwlJjfkh/view?usp=sharing
Not enough cranking amps to start most motorcycles. These cells are usually 3C (6A x 3=18A) so can't supply enough amps to start most motorcycles, except maybe the smallest scooters. If used in 2 - 3P parallel then they can work.
My battery's continuous discharge current is 3C but the peak discharge Current is 5C or more (30A), so it's enough for my 110cc motocycle, it's also work on 125 & 150cc motocycles (I modified the board a bit to be able to draw a larger current for a short time without the overcurrent & voltage drop self-protection being activated)

Cool build, bad idea...wrong chemistry. Asking way too much of these types of cells. Does your board ensure the LiFePO4 cells will be protected from the amps your alternator puts out?
I just post a new video about using LFP battery with max discharge current 150A cells and 600A BMS to start my motorbike. Hope it helps ruclips.net/video/9OZP1L98ZbQ/видео.html
Better using active balancer than BMS like that. Motorcycles already have regulator for limiting voltage from charging spool, so Cut Off BMS isn't needed.
1) for the cost of materials it’s easier safer (which I’ll get you in a minute) and cheaper to buy a lithium battery 2) there is no heat protection at all when those batteries get hot it will melt the charge controller and then proceed to overheat the batteries which will then explode causing possible death or a serious accident 3) don’t be silly buy from a reputable motorcycle shop and ride safe 👍
you should learn about lifepo4(lithium iron phosphate) batteries.. It's the safest lithium.. There are different types of lithium.. lifepo4 handle higher temp better than lead acid.
@@lperezph they ain’t safe I’ve had them in my vape and it exploded!! If your building your own battery make sure it has a BMS (battery management system) board in it that way it won’t crank out different voltages if a problem occurs

Can you share the modification board?

Tell me the capacitor value
@@bakidiyplz can you tell me capacitor value
2.2uF
Fun project. Thanks for the video. Please add a fuse to the line at the battery, those BMS do fail sometimes.
this board is bms with active balancer,?

How will it be charged? Motorcycle rectifier?
Yes, same as using lead acid battery
battery srew are provided when we buy that battery? or we have to buy separete screw?
It depends on the sellers, If they don't come with the battery, you can buy the M4 x 5mm screw elsewhere
What about the battery🔋when they heat, heating protection🛡️ should be there.
I am searching for bike LFP battery starter, but with 30amps BMS, it doesn't start. Would 100amp make a difference?

sir kng pabahal na 32650 na may battery holder.. anong box kukunin k. YT5 or YT7
Self start bike showing your video

In case there are spool or regulator errors you have bms for extra safety
@@jong_javait will deliver 30 amp to motor cycle crank starter motor
And you need a kapton tape to insulate and secure the batteries...
boss kaya kaya ng bms 30A yung 148 cc ng motorsiklo upgraded from 125 cc?
Sir pwede po ba walong cell? Sna makagawa ka non aabangan ko..
what is the box for battery name ?
It's YT4 box. All necessary components are listed in the video description.
boss san kpo nakabili batterycase?
Where you get the box?
Where did you get box?
Sir ano Yung pang hinang mo
kaya bang ipastart ang 150cc na mc kahit 30a lang na bms gamit?
You can buy BW-QD600A bms board, it can start any mortorbike or some car (should use with high peak discharge current battery pack)
I have trying this 30a bms in hero 125cc bike but self start not working believe me my project is unsuccessful 😭
60 or 100amp bms needed
i do the same and it does NOT work .
Kung magpagawa ako sa yo,,, magkano? At shipping fee.
Good
Start two wheeler scooter bike with 20amp starter motor then I will accept your project ❤
magkano po pagawa boss ng Ganyan po?
About $12
Sir diagram sa bms pls
Sir sana Tinest mo sa motor
