I think you need to re think your speeds&feeds / cutting strategy. 30mins to cut these solf jaws out of I'm assuming aluminium is way too long. This could easily be dropped to below 5mins
Can you do a tutorial on holes in Solidworks Cam? I’m having trouble getting it to recognize tapped holes when I extract machinable features. It just sees them as regular holes. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Thanks.
Can you complete the tutorial by programing the 2nd op face mill to complete the wrench?
How do you program the back side of the part to face it off or if you have to machine a pocket or slot on the other Side?
