These kinds of lawsuits are ridiculous. Bars and clubs are not adult daycare.
Now we're hearing similar things from the social media peanut gallery about the death of Riley Strain in Nashville, TN. He was kicked out of a bar for unruly behavior and ended up falling into the Cumberland River to his death 20 minutes later. He did it himself. Bars are not responsible for what drunk people do after they leave the establishment.

I'm sad to say this but, they all made their own decision to GET IN THE VEHICLE after drinking. If they succeed with this lawsuit, bars might as well close their doors.
