Hi Tara and All trying to creat my anhydrous body butter and i nnleed your advice pls My Ingrediens are Butters, Oils, IPM, Stearic acid or beeswax, Gycerin & Arrowroot powder. Is there need for water or not because i dont want to use it. Thanks all.
I have heard that liquid germal plus can be dangerous and cause skin conditions such as dermatitis. I’ve also heard that polysorbate is harmful. What is your opinion on this? I really don’t want to hurt any of my customers.
You said the ph should be anywhere between 6 and 7.5 but then you lowered it to 6.12. Why could it just not stay at 6.83 as that is close to 7.5? Am I misunderstanding?
Water added it's not body butter but body lotion which has been misleading. Body butter doesn't require preservatives where body lotion does because of added water.
I actually bought it once and did not like how it felt at all. If I duped it I wouldn’t want it to feel like theirs, but just look like their. 😂 But I guess that’s what I kinda did with the anhydrous body butter I made for B roll. I’m sharing that formula next week. 😁
The body butter “jiggly” they are actually called, “Ringing gels: Their structure and macroscopic properties are most interesting!!! Why do you not sell products any longer?

Th is means it is not a body butter it is a thick cream
you’d be surprised by how many body butters on the market barely have any butters in them.
Water added it's not body butter but body lotion which has been misleading.
Body butter doesn't require preservatives where body lotion does because of added water.
She did say it's really lotion with butter added
