What a privilege to embrace design thinking from the founders of the mindset! I feel extremely lucky to have found this and will share it broadly! Thank you very much!

Design thinking is something that business owners are (normally) doing for 1000's of years... Crazy they made a hype of it

Right? I heard this buzzword at work and checked it out and I asked, "Isn't this just good product testing? How is this new?". I got a word salad response that said nothing. "Think what your customers might like or not like about something?". What a joke and people are making money and a career off of this.

@@zorak1997 I can't agree more on that 💯 maybe we should provide consulting services in design thinking 🤣

@@johnpoublon798 😂 I'm in! We could make a good living until inevitably people realize the emperor has no clothes. But by that time we can start our new business of selling invisible clothing.

It’s mind blowing how much overlap there is between startup info ( lean start up & y combinator ) & design thinking.

Where can I find the wheel that’s presented at the very end?

10 mins in. Tiny speaker screens.
I’m lost. I’m clueless about what they’re talking about. SMH

Me, too…I’m grateful to access talks like these. I just wish they were more to the point.

I interested to invite Jeremy Utley to deliver Keynote Speech about Design Thinking in our CX Summit 2021 event at December. Can somebody inform me how to reach or contact him? I already contact him at LinkedIn but still no response from him. Thank you.
