    The warm up before hitting the heavy bag is really underrated. I see so many people go to the bag and start heavy. Most of those people always have some sort of injury at any time of the year.
    The shoulder is one of the easier joints to injure. It doesn’t have the same reinforcement your other joints have. Muscle, tendons, and ligaments are what’s holding it in place.
    I noticed I hit harder once I developed my traps and delts. I think cause there’s more stability from the muscles that help transfer the kinetic chain.
    What do you guys think?

      Best warm ups for me is 3lb dumbell shadowboxing like 2 3 min rounds real light then like 2 3min light jump ropes. Then bag work.
