About that skull on your shoulder. It is a Crux Terminatus, according to the description of the cosmetic you got.
A Crux Terminatus is a big... badge... thingy, bestowed upon loyal Terminators, containing a miniscule fragment of the Emperor's armor, broken down and housed in these relics after the end of the Heresy. These fragments of the Emperor's armor can save Marines from damage that not even their Terminator plate can absorb naturally. It is considered quite an honor, seeing as it's part of the Emperor's own golden armor, and it's news for me that anyone not honored with Terminator armor can wear one just on their pauldron; Titus is not just anyone, though.

A charged Plasma pistol shot uses 10 ammo btw. You can hold a maximum of 90, so charging is only really worth it against tougher enemies, otherwise you'll be out constantly.

Great episode, the difficulty seems to be ramping, but not an outrageous pace... which is far easier to say sitting on my couch watching YT :)
