What was the point of the foil-covered bowl?
It just helps to stabilize the balloon in the bowl so it doesn't move around as much (as well as protect the bowl in case some Mod Podge drips down!)

This bowl is so light weight when I made it what to do to make it heavy and stand straight

Can we add glue instead of mod podge please do reply
With glue it may not dry clear.
