Rolling Stock: Alstom = Comet V Cab Car #6002 w/ its Unrestricted Roundtag K5LA Horn and Comet V Coaches. Bombardier = ALP-45DP Locomotive #4529.
Prior to filming this video, all was well until Train #65 died at Mahwah station due to PL42AC #4024's mechanical failure. Consequently, many of the trains traveling west of Waldwick were plagued with delays due to single-tracking due to a lack of a switch until just east of Suffern. In the beginning of the video, the conductor was explaining it to another passenger.
While this video's main purpose is to capture the horn samples of the recently unrestricted Comet V Cab Car #6002, I was also able to capture the bell ringing of the cab alerter, whose main purpose is to inform the engineer that the doors of the train are closed and is ready for departure.
I know Cab Car #6002's horn sounds much better than what this clip displays; however, for an interior shot, this isn't too bad of a shot. Furthermore, I was able to capture #6002 at a better volume as it led Train #884 to Dover a week later (the video was uploaded back in April). I also realize that I have missed a couple of crossings too, so the horn action was absent from the video combined with the engineer's lack of horn happiness.
If anyone desires to use the audio samples from this video for any video games or other purposes, please do your boy a solid and give me credit upon usage. I'd greatly appreciate it.
Similar to my video of Cab Car #6004 to Secaucus Junction from Ho-Ho-Kus, it was quite annoying listening to the presence of the music in my video for obvious reasons, especially since I was busy admiring the music being produced by the trains, if you catch my drift.
With that being said, the video pretty much speaks for itself, so I will leave it at that. If you guys enjoyed the video, feel free to drop a like, comment, subscribe, share the video with everyone you know, and I will see you all on the next one! :D

6002 wears a slightly older K5LA than 6004. #6002 isn't as loud here because #1 it's being sounded with Low-high sequences, and #2 the bonnets on the horn slightly mute it's volume. Hence why it's quieter. If you want the full volume of 6002 I'd suggest watching this ruclips.net/video/j1l39kC54Jo/видео.htmlsi=GpFJ4IDPtFY71fyV

Interesting facts. I've seen that video a few times and it was impressive. Honestly, the horn in this clip may not be the best, but I'm cool with what I've caught. Luckily, I was able to catch 6002 with the engineer really laying down the horn here. ruclips.net/video/Cpn5Jxk268A/видео.html

@@AaronTheEagle1 6002 & 6009 wear same order K5LAs both of which are 29K horns. The 6000 & 6004 also wear sister K5s both in the 30K range. The reason #6004 sounds the way it does is because it has a dead #5 bell which ended up doing so sometime around the 2006-2007 timeframe.

@@AirchimeLTDproductions174 Ah, gotcha. I appreciate you dropping that horn knowledge and informing me. Btw, how do you know so much about the style of horns.

@@AaronTheEagle1 Your welcome, I've been studying horns and whistles for the better part of ten years. And I also have a good network of sources made up of fellow collectors and railroad employees.

I’m currently trying to figure out what’s going on with 6004s horn. There is a clip of 6004 from 2004 at South Amboy, though I’m not sure the #5 is dead or not. I will say that the horn in the clip from 2004 didn’t have a noticeable warble between the 1 and 5.
