she was in a very big girl group (little mix) for 10 years and they split up 2 years ago. This is her first solo single and the song/video is about her love-hate relationship with the music industry
Her full name is Jade Thirlwall! She was in a group called Little Mix, one of the biggest girl groups to come out of the UK
This is Jade’s solo debut 🎉
She was in a girl group that was formed on The X Factor called Little Mix, they won in 2011 and went on to become one of the most successful girl groups to come out of the UK. Little Mix were never able to break America and it’s largely assumed their record label (Simon Cowell’s “SYCO”) was to blame. Little Mix were eventually able to get signed under a different label and once free from Simon Cowell they made it pretty clear how horrible it was to work for him.
Little Mix recently announced a hiatus after being together for 10 years and their break started in 2021. Every member has released solo music and Jade is the last to do it. I’d recommend getting familiar with Little Mix if you liked this, as Jade was frequently credited as a writer on a lot of Little Mix’s later stuff - she’s a great songwriter and an even better solo artist ❤

it’s her solo debut single. She used to be in a girl group called little mix from the UK. They were the biggest girl group in the world. They broke so many records and they have made so many history. They used to 4 of them. One of them called jesy left the group in 2019 (I believe) due to mental health then the other 3 girls continued for a while before they went on hiatus. Leigh Anne came out with her first solo music and she has an ep. Perrie released 2 songs so far. And this is Jades first solo song. Check them out LITTLE MIX. You wouldn’t be disappointed.
This video IS so ridiculous and wild but also I can't get enought of it! This was her debut and she didn't want to play it safe. Also hell yeah that's her real voice, she and the girls from her group Little Mix have amazing voices (and also their own songs now too!). If you want a video where they reaally show their talent, their performance of Secret Love Song P. II Live from the Search is the one mhm👌

As you guys have seen in the coments, Jade is from Little Mix, one of the biggest girlgroups in history! They specially dominated in the UK, Europe and Oceania, and also have influenced all curent kpop girlgroups!
You guys should definetely check some of Little Mix songs, maybe start with Move, Touch, Secret Love Song, Strip, Wasabi, Sweet Melody... just to name a few!
