It’s so fascinating to watch this video as an American. Most of us never even heard of this place before even though it’s viral. UK‘s culture is so much different.

REVIEW:
Binley Mega Chippy is one of my favorite rides ever. The queue line, although lacks proper structure, has some incredible landscaping surrounding it that is completely unique to the Binley Mega Chippy experience. The line is usually the longest in the park, as it is by far their best ride. The biggest piece of theming is the large sign, in block yellow surrounded by block red, and is not only an iconic part of the attraction, but also a national landmark. Once in the station, you board the vehicle and pull down the very open lap bar. The ride itself is nothing short of amazing, a sheer rush from start to finish, the stall especially takes my breath away, but the highlight is the trick-track double-up. The rides manufacture is unknown, which helps add to the mystery surrounding the attraction. You can even buy your lunch in the gift shop at the exit. Overall, I give it a score of 99/100.

Wow well done from a business prospective to them. The Chippy should be having staff doing community clean up right now. They are having a huge impact on the local community and perhaps and they should be good neighbours because once the party is over that's all will be left.
They probably made more money in the past week than the past 2 months lol. I think they had to extend opening times too as the lines are crazy all day.
yeh they should be amde to put bigger bins and more of them and clean it up a bit better it does look a mess.
@@dealgood all that stuff is the councils responsibility. They probably were fine emptying the bins once a week before. But then suddenly 10 times as many customers show up almost overnight and the bins probably filled instantly lol.

I’ve just watched another famous RUclipsr, the one who carries his table and chair everywhere based in Leeds, do a vlog from here and he said despite the hype, it was very mediocre. I cannot understand the hype with this and for a start I’m not on TikTok. All this fuss for a takeaway…don’t worry it will soon die away. But entertaining vlog Shawn and Charlotte.

God I remember going on TikTok then all I heard was binley mega chippy!
I hate to say it but you and all of the others in that queue have been had by an advertising trick! The owner of that chippy clearly wasn't making the kind of money he was expecting so he made an advert for the shop and posted it on TikTok knowing that it would go viral and lead to lots of people visiting the chippy out of curiosity. As you've said yourself - the food isn't amazing which proves that the owner needed to do something to get some business.
We just wanted to go for a good bit of fun!

I have a sensitive stomach. That's why I won't eat chippy chips from anywhere other than a) Y-PAS (the little chippy), Kexborough near Barnsley, in South Yorkshire and b) North Beach fisheries, North Bay promenade (the Limekiln Lane end of North Marine Drive), Bridlington. As the NB was closed, last time we were in Brid, we tried the Brid Bay chippy at 1, North Marine Drive. Superb mushy peas but the chip fat made me so unwell that, 2 days later, I am still taking Gaviscon and being careful what I eat.
All that for a battered sausage. My God.
Taken over from Misses Buckets house as the most famous place in Binley.

I used to live in Coventry. Binley Mega Chippy had cult status, even back then, but nothing like this. Most of the time, it was a walk-on. Now I live in Essex and Binley is too far away, Binley is too far away, Binley is too far away, Binley is too far away.

and I bet it was as good, probably better than Binley
