Our life was consumed with bodybuilding to the detriment of those around him. His mother who I’m still in contact with lost her only son to the world of bodybuilding. It was a shame because he could have turned professional at football but chose this route which lead to a whole dark underground world of drugs 😢

Great interview. This guy seems genuine and very down to earth. He gave realistic detailed information that makes a person contemplate before going down the muscle enhancement path. He would also do very well as a voice actor, he's got a awesome voice.
One of the biggest concerns I have with taking PEDS would be Cardiomegaly. The enlarged heart is almost inevitable because it's a muscle. Add to that, the kidneys act as a filter. Your muscle tissue and the breakdown of fibers can cause rhabdomylosis and kill your kidneys. You can't live without kidneys. All bad.
Don’t forget the poor functioned private parts!! Lmao and all these yuppies take the super pills for more fun in bed THATS what it all boils down too!!

99% of bodybuilders won't admit they juice. 100% respect for this guy keeping it real. Yet most of us who have been in the game know when a guy is real or not regardless what lie they say.
99% what are in stuck in the 80’s and 90’s ? , go on YT and forums everyone is admitting to it even giving dosage ( that they might be lying about) but it’s like the “cool“ thing for all guys to say they are on.
I bypass this interview because I was judging by appearances. I'm glad I watched it. I found it very educational and guy was very pleasant to hear. Best of luck in your future....
I went from being good looking and in shape. To out of shape, unshaven and unkempt. Girls didnt even look at me. Then I lost sixty pounds and got in the best shape of my life, Woman started giving me so much more attention again. Its a shallow world we live in.
Yep life is all about sex and money. It isn’t til when people reach about 60 years old and barely have enough testosterone to have sex is when they begin to think life is about “lOve & fAmiLY” Very shallow world.
Nice guy. I just want him to love himself no matter the size. He's still the same guy. The people that don't like you if you get smaller aren't your friends anyway. True friends except you however you show up. Go natural, your health is the most important thing. You don't fully appreciate it until you're no longer healthy. You're a good man. Great voice. I see how you would think he was Meeks. I think this man has more intelligence, charisma & just his overall attitude is very impressive not to mention he's wayyyy better looking! Sure wish my daughter was available! 🤣😂
He’s wrong about how having a good physique doesn’t attract women. When you’re in shape, your confidence is enhanced which will subconsciously attract women.
Well I should clarify, having a good physique helps, but most guys still lack the confidence/charisma. It definitely does attract women if you have the right components.
You aren’t lying. When I get down sub 15% body fat I am treated different by both men and women. Additionally, i tend to get the female gaze even more so. It’s intoxicating and to be honest I fucken love it. Vanity at its finest smfh
He is a great combo of brains and brawn-- so glad he mentioned the kidney/ liver/ heart issues to watch for. Good for him for going back to school too!
Just so you understand that level of chemistry...the side effects already exist (you can read them online from their own website). Its more so, the people who will run rampant and not care or take heed of said side effects. Anything FDA approved, has to list the ingredients and potential health risks.
Great interview. I knew about this drug from being a nurse and you can get very angry also have a heart attack. It's a deadly drug when you take to much just do it the natural way and be healthy.
@@nicolaus_xoBro what about the sexual mental effects I see you didn't really elaborate on that. My last blast was 700Test/150deca/200Mast Sexual effects were off da hook had me pushing the boundaries on my sexual integrity lol.
I’ve been going to the gym for 20 years and I can’t relate to anything this guys says. I do have people accusing me of taking steroids though. Probably because of guys like this who admit they are on something but then have to insist that nononono everybody is taking it! No. Not everybody is on this crap
We do also have to consider yes steroids are a drug but they were also created for medical purposes too.. for muscle wasting, aids patients, little kids that have anemia take like 5 times the amount of anadrol a bodybuilder would take. Just because you’re taking it to build some muscle doesn’t automatically mean it’s bad. Do your research, take it responsibly, get blood work, etc if that’s the path you choose to take. They don’t instantly make you into a violent person.. if you were probably just a violent person to begin with and other rec drugs are more than likely involved too.. if you are having these side effects you’re probably not taking them properly
Started lifting in the later 60s as a teenager by the 80s I became a national champion and with that came tons of connections for PEDs I was reluctant, but then I started never went to heavy on gear fortunately but as the bodybuilder states I saw everything in the gym, it was unbelievable. They do change you mentally and physically to the point where I started selling them because of the connections I had made making at least $10,000 a week for many years I can say this now because I went to prison and it was the best thing that ever happened to me to stop that lifestyle but I’m still lifting at 72 thank God And competing
You should try to interview the RUclipsr called big boy he harnesses all of these side effects that this gentleman is speaking of, and I think the audience would love to see this guy sit down in a chair and kinda tell the story with no interruptions and no bravado and other guys around him just him because he never seems to talk when he’s by himself. It’s always in a room with other guys to boost his morale and make them appear more comic book character.

Steroids may "give" you the look but it's 100% not worth it in the long run and so many sides/potential death. God bless you as well and have a happy holidays!
@ thanks bro. Appreciate the reply. I must say you look solid man!
just take biotest by global formulas
ECA stack?
This guy should narrate audio books
GOOD point👍
Not a bad idea hmmmmmmm 🤔
That industry died recently.

Powerful insight about the "fitness" world. I am very proud of this young man. Maybe you could start a support group ❤
Thank you for kind words and that’s something I will for sure look into! It’s hard to be transparent in this industry but I think it needs to be done more. Thank you for watching!
Dude is 100% on point when he says only men will appreciate you getting jacked. I started taking lifting seriously 4 years ago. I don’t go a week without some dude making a comment about my physique. Only women that comment on me are my wife and sister in law lol. Fyi 120mg test cyp/wk full transparency
what a bad decision by you...get off the stuff
My shape is a circle. I am already in shape
🤣🤣🤣 thanks for watching! lool
A circle is the opposite if in shape lol
You're not in shape....you are A shape 😂
Very Obtuse !!!
Nico has a voice for radio! Such a calm, smooth, deep and beautiful voice! Just listening to him made me feel so calm.
It's just a typical African voice.
99% of bodybuilders won't admit they juice. 100% respect for this guy keeping it real. Yet most of us who have been in the game know when a guy is real or not regardless what lie they say.
Thank you! It's crazy how so many people are juicing and will lie about it when its super obvious. Thank for watching and appreciate you my man!
99% what are in stuck in the 80’s and 90’s ? , go on YT and forums everyone is admitting to it even giving dosage ( that they might be lying about) but it’s like the “cool“ thing for all guys to say they are on.
So true! Thing is though....why do people care if people know that they juice?
I bypass this interview because I was judging by appearances. I'm glad I watched it. I found it very educational and guy was very pleasant to hear. Best of luck in your future....
Thank you! I’m glad you gave it a chance!
Great interview. Thank you for your honesty Rico.
You're welcome!
@ I meant to say: Nico ❤️
What a fascinating and entertaining interview! This handsome young man has great things in his future.
Thank you!! I appreciate you watching!
Beautiful human and amazing vouce. Loved this interview. Thank you.
Thank you! I appreciate you!
Wish this guy was my big bro!!! Seems like I could learn a lot from him speaking true wisdom.
Not shallow for people to look for others they view as healthy.
Thank you for coming on and sharing your experience, thoughts, and vulnerabilities, Nico. Proud of you and grateful for you.
I really appreciate the honesty.
You should do voiceovers/narration. I wish you well. Great interview.🎉
Thank you for the kind comment! Yes, it’s been hard to come off of everything and fighting with the body dysmorphia, but I’m learning how to deal with it and just having the support of friends, family and you guys really helps and makes me feel good with my decision! Thank you again for the kind comment and I’m seeing so many comments about narrating, I’m going to look into it 👀
I love that nico is calm, collected, and intelligent. It's hard to say he needed steroids to be successful 💯
He is beautiful. Not only appearance-wise, but his aura 🥺
I thought he was that guy in prison that became a model and everyone thought he was so handsome and even dated a billionare heiress. His name is Jeremy Meeks
Same
@@still_becoming I also thought it was him. 😂
Also thought this at first glance in black and white.... but hard No.
Me too
I see how you would think he was Meeks. I think this man has more intelligence, charisma & just his overall attitude is very impressive not to mention he's wayyyy better looking! Sure wish my daughter was available! 🤣😂
Another interesting interview. Very nice young man
Thank you!
Great guy!! Thanks for sharing! We need more people like him to speak openly and honestly about this steroid epidemic!
I really appreciate him being completely honest about it. Everyone else is lying.
We need a follow up with him
Hopefully mark and I will! Thank you for watching!
I met this dude in planet fitness he’s super chill
Fuck yeah! Appreciate you bro! Next time I’m there let’s get some sets in 😎
@nicolaus_xo thanks for the video I applied you man I would love to get a workout in with you 💪 😉 👍🫶🙏🙏🫶
He’s wrong about how having a good physique doesn’t attract women. When you’re in shape, your confidence is enhanced which will subconsciously attract women.
Yup, good call
Well I should clarify, having a good physique helps, but most guys still lack the confidence/charisma. It definitely does attract women if you have the right components.
@@nicolaus_xo That’s fair.
You aren’t lying. When I get down sub 15% body fat I am treated different by both men and women. Additionally, i tend to get the female gaze even more so. It’s intoxicating and to be honest I fucken love it. Vanity at its finest smfh
Thanks for the video
He is a great combo of brains and brawn-- so glad he mentioned the kidney/ liver/ heart issues to watch for. Good for him for going back to school too!
I do wonder about the ozempic community and the side effects we will see in the coming years
Like Phen Fen
Literally
Or the people injecting fillers in their face until they have a pillow face.
Should be top comment
Just so you understand that level of chemistry...the side effects already exist (you can read them online from their own website). Its more so, the people who will run rampant and not care or take heed of said side effects. Anything FDA approved, has to list the ingredients and potential health risks.
This was fascinating! Great interview!
He should do narration , cool interview Mark
This guy is right on - I always stayed fit and strong to feel empowered and good about myself, never to impress anybody.
Thank you my friend! Keep doing your thing and keeping that mentality. Always do it for you and thank you for watching!
Great interview. I knew about this drug from being a nurse and you can get very angry also have a heart attack. It's a deadly drug when you take to much just do it the natural way and be healthy.
Is there a 'natural' way?
@BonnieHansen-w6l absolutely!
🤦🏻
Something I can relate to. Great interview!!
Such a kind, sweet man. I live in the same town and have a loved one on steroids, and I’m so concerned.
Thank you! Yeah it can really change the trajectory of someone's life and comes with a bunch of side effects. Hoping the best for them!
@@nicolaus_xoBro what about the sexual mental effects I see you didn't really elaborate on that. My last blast was 700Test/150deca/200Mast
Sexual effects were off da hook had me pushing the boundaries on my sexual integrity lol.
I actually would see this guy ALOT at my gym. Always seemed very nice and chill guy. 10/10 cool dude.

He's so beautiful...intelligent...what a voice...and those eyes ❤
Thank you for the kind words! They made my day!
Really nice interview i loved it
For me, it's quite simple: I would only take something with a serious risk of causing ED if it were necessary to save my life.
injecting test actually is a cure to ED. trenbolone and other anabolic steroids can cause ED. tren is well known for giving people "Tren D*ck"
Amen bro. lol
Testosterone Doesn't cause ED , it treats it..
@B-I-G-N-A-S-T-Y Testosterone is one of the triple-digit number of steroids. The rest of them don't cure ED.
Yeah you never know, you could be coming up on your big 10 year hook up - you wouldn't want to ruin it for him.
Thank you my Brother! Much love and appreciation to you and yours!💜
I’ve been going to the gym for 20 years and I can’t relate to anything this guys says. I do have people accusing me of taking steroids though. Probably because of guys like this who admit they are on something but then have to insist that nononono everybody is taking it! No. Not everybody is on this crap
You really just sound like a fake natty.
You’re definitely either small, or muscular but kinda fat
Everything is addictive
Word
True, however, I would kind of rather be addicted to chocolate than to heroin.
Only addictive things are addictive, and unaddictive things are not addictive
Addiction is everything.
Everyone should be addicted to Something, in life, CHOOSE CAREFULLY!!
It’s really refreshing for a change to listen to an interview here that isn’t sexualized or about sex.
He looks like a mini Phil Heath
Bro... haha
Definitely lol
Thanks for sharing! Please take good care!
You need to ask Mark to interview you. Sounds like a fascinating story.
This was good and super dope. He seems very down to earth… I wish I could hear more stories though
Every time I think “I should hop on gear” a guy like this comes around to remind me not to
You should try to interview the RUclipsr called
big boy he harnesses all of these side effects that this gentleman is speaking of, and I think the audience would love to see this guy sit down in a chair and kinda tell the story with no interruptions and no bravado and other guys around him just him because he never seems to talk when he’s by himself. It’s always in a room with other guys to boost his morale and make them appear more comic book character.
This is a great idea, would be super interesting
The gym I work at is not like he describes. However, I dated a guy who took steroids and "roid rage" is no joke!
This channel has never disappointed
