This is an Opinel fillet knife 12 with a handle made of beechwood. The blade has an engraved mark main couronnée ("crowned hand") with another marking of INOX that is an abbreviated form of the French adjective “INOXidable", meaning "non-oxidizable” so it means that the blade is stainless steel. The mark of Opinel is also on the blade. The handle is made of beechwood and has the inscriptions Opinel, Savoir, France. It has a locking collar (Virobloc).
