The season always starts in Florida because their fishing is best in the winter. Then we go travel for a couple. We wrap up the season in Socal because it lets us fish from June - Aug. We have a ton of killer Baja and Socal coming up to close out the season.
I’m not 100% sure but I would make sense for it not to be needed to have a college degree. For him it was probably a parent thing or backup plan so if captaining doesn’t work out he has degree to fall on.
