I am always amazed by simple mystery that are unsolved, for example the Chaos thing you talked about with 2 arm pendulum and another important problem called "Three body problem"
At the concept level they look so simple that with our current technology we should be able to predict the pattern,,, but so far we have no solution to it, Always humbles me in thinking we have a very long way to go in terms of science discovery
