- DIY video detailing the part and installation to convert a 2016+ FiST to the 2014-2015 Evap lines. This allows for the use of any intake without bypass/check valve adapters. Sorry in advance I haven’t made many videos lol.

Thank you for this video, I got a new evap harness order for my 2016 Fiesta with a single port silicone intake tube and installed them in a day. The hardest part was the front lower line that connects to the lower intake tube. The 2016 model fiesta st has a rubber hose that runs down there with a different connection, once you get that off it's easy. After 2 days or so of driving my check engine light is out! Long shot but how did you get the lower connector off? I’m afraid I’m going to break it
If I recall, I removed the intake hose it connects to, it unbolts at the bottom and at the top where it enters the throttle body. Once I had it off, I use needle nose pliers or something else to get the plastic push clips released and it finally came off. It was a pita tho
It was annoying trying to remove all the clamps, especially the one in the back but I got it!

My friends is a 2016 Fiesta 1.6 engine (non-ecoboost) and the part # is D2BZ-9C047-F

What’s the best way to get to the harness? Lift the vehicle or keep it on the ground?
I have a 2017 Ford Fiesta and the purge valve is bv61-9g866-aa and I can’t find the whole assembly. I guess I have to go to my local ford dealership and see if they have it. I called the fords part department and they couldn’t even find the part in their system and told me to go to the dealership. Everywhere else online they have it but without the hoses which have been a pain to try to take off without damaging it and then having to get it towed.
Going Saturday since they accept walk-ins
bought a K&N intake for my 2018 then had to get this evap harness so I wont get the check engine light. About to install this tomorrow hoping its not to hard!

There are 2 connections coming immediately out of the airbox. If I'm keep it stock, I guess one of those is left unplugged?

Is there any benefit performance wise for the conversion? I did my own lines mimicking the OEM harness when I installed my intake. Just wondering.

I am getting a p219a code, can’t find an exhaust or intake leak. Do you think this could help out with that?
Is this to fix the code p1450 unable to bleed up fuel tank vacuum ??

Gametager Skullbone I never got a code. I installed this before getting any codes. I ran this setup for 10k plus miles with no issues.

Think is the o2b1s1 is my issue.
I'm having some Idle problems. When I'm driving and slowing down to approach a red light/ stop sign, the Idle starts feeling rough from 1k and goes down to 500k. It then runs smooth when it get back to normal idle at 1k. I'm reading on my a Fiesta ST group page that its a purge valve. Any suggestions?
RexamillionA never had an issue like that before. Is it throwing codes?
I got the same problem with check engine light on And the code is P144A Evap purge .
Do you still have the old evap lines?

Juan Laredo this is the part from a 2015 to allow the use of 2014-2015 intakes on 2016+.

Juan Laredo I think it was Tasca parts but any ford parts dealer will have them. I believe whoosh motorsports stocks them now as well.

Joseph Auler it wasn’t too bad. The hardest part was releasing the clip with the limited space. Just make sure you give your self some time so you don’t feel rushed.
