It's a model that was only produced for a few years in the mid-late '20s and features unique castings for just this model. It was made to be hung either from a downrod or suspended from three chains. Pretty extravagant!
Nothing fancy, just Rustoleum Appliance Epoxy in Almond. I've used it for a few restorations this year. It is pretty close to the original French Gray color, maybe a shade lighter.

What color of paint did you use? This is very close to the paint on my ivory ge I am repainting.
