THE US SYSTEM IS CORRUPT; and everyday We see more of its Corruption; if he would be a hardworking person; but POOR; he would've been treated very Differently.

I would imagine "I just lost it" just might imply guilt enough to keep him incarcerated for the few years he has left.
Apparently he "lost the cun" it fell out of his hand and it went off and he shot her.... That's what it means "lost it" he meant the gun not his marbles.😂😂😂

The not-guilty Plea is basically a no-brainer in this situation. Even if it was an accident he is somewhat responsible for her death so he will enter a plea bargain with the prosecutor since there were no witnesses. Involuntary Manslaughter is the choice.
He complained while running for office that he couldn't retire because he had a teenager. He threatened to shoot himself before. He had mental health troubles and drank. He murdered his wife in front of his son. He almost shot his son.
Looks like a member of the "old whites or old grays" as they used to call them. Familial relation to the very wealthy original settlers of OC and surrounding areas. My half brother is related to them.
