Mike Rogers CIM is the 'California Institution for Men' not the Chino Institute for Men. Come on man, get it together!

Take this article and give it to EVERY Ghost Hunter in America!!! It would be AWESOME to see Ghost Hunters go through San Quentin now and see on how many spirits are in that prison!!!

The argument that because they’re death row prisoners that they are a threat to the city of chino is beyond ridiculous. Regardless of the terms of their sentence, they are inside a prison, they aren’t going anywhere. The inmates that are on the mainline or more of a escape risk then the DR inmates, majority of the death row inmates are in for very heinous activities, and or sex driven etc therefore they most have no gang ties and besides DR live in segregation and have very little to no contact with even one another. Only in the movies do DR mates escape from a ca state prison. Years ago my aunt lived right across the street from Vacaville and how prison are designed you don’t see the inmates and the inmates can’t see u all you see is a huge fence surrounding the perimeter and some building in the middle which is quite a distance away, if my aunt didn’t mention it was a prison I wouldn’t have known the difference. The only threats that impact the community is the the community within those walls, guards & convicts. The entire argument holds no validity.

Seems like a dangerous move for guards and prisoners. But California wants to run their prison system like Norway, a country that doesn’t have life sentences. 🙄
