  • Hey guys! Today I'm joined by special guest ChefPK for his epic journey in Japan - and you know I had to show him a good time with one of the best places to eat Wagyu here in Tokyo - but not just any Wagyu. It's SUKIYAKI and SHABUSHABU Time baby!

Its interesting how put off some North Americans get about raw egg... If they've processed/treated them right, and the eggs are fresh, it's not really a problem. That said, if you're not in a region of the world where they set such standards for eggs, it's probably a bad idea.
If you do find yourself in Japan though, try some of the unusual dishes. Not everything will be a hit, but you don't know which might blow your mind until you try it.

I prefer sukiyaki to shabushabu because I like the flavor of the sauce that it's cooked with as opposed to just boiling the meat. But all of the shabushabu I've had has always been cooked in just water.
