Fun fact: At the time, Ice cream had a huge problem- Ice cream vendors, would put Ice cream in a bowl, and you would eat it and lick it out till it was empty, and leave, then the next person would come and eat Ice cream like that out of the SAME bowl. There was a huge problem with sanitation which chained back their full potential. One day, a guy decided to fix that and try out what we call an Ice cream bar now days, ice cream on a stick caged in with a thin layer of chocolate. This was around the same time “epsicles” were made, and the two men immediately clashed for rights, and stuff like that. But who was popsicle guy working with? He was working with a greedy businessman, who manipulated him into giving him more percentage over the epsicles then he himself, the inventor. The businessman went behind his back, and sold his pat-ton of rights to the popsicle to Ice cream bar guy, and that is how Ice cream bar guy won the war.

I never wanted a popsicle more in my life without having the ability to get one lol, your channel is very informative and interesting, keep up the good work, dude,I absolutely love your stuff
The kid accidently left the mixture outside during the night. He was playing with the water and mixture, and forgot to bring it inside. Pure accident. The kid did not purposely leave it out there.
If your wondering why so many companies can make a popsicle without copyright is because the copyright was sold during the Great Depression so now any company can make them
Me and my brother used to make popsicle like snacks, We'd make lemonade in a tall plastic cup, place them in the freezer for an hour and then start licking it (we couldn't get it out of the cups so it was a bit hard eating all of it) My mom would get mad at us whenever we did it lmao. This video made me nostalgic now.
"And he left it outside-"

"It Had ants!"
The ants all froze to death
