What to take on the London to Brighton Bike Ride (or any long ride)

good kit list, mine is almost the same and most crucial is the Redshift Stem :) takes out road buzz and well worth the weight added. However tyres on that bike look a little on the grippy side get some GP5000's on that and roll with less effort
