Eat healthy, exercise, take vitamin tabs, eat fermented food such as sauerkraut and kimchi, take one spoon of extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar, drink matcha green tea and sleep well. That's what I've done and just celebrated my 80th birthday lately. 😊

A huge warning to anyone reading this. I became diabetic due to my uncontrolable alcoholism. Now im left with chronic pain due to neuropathy in my feet. I'm 6 months sober, today. I've lost 53 pounds and thankfully I rarely ingest what is featured on this video. The neuropathy is horrible. Imagine someone wrapping barbed wire around your feet and tightening it lightly every few seconds. Also when that isn't happening it feels like someone is putting out a lit cigarette on my feet. This is something I wouldn't wish even upon my worst enemy. Get healthy now and make changes before it's too late.

You may want to research Flaxseed, to potentially reduce your painful symptoms of neuropathy. I used to repeatedly experience
painful tingling in my hands, any time I ate a high-carbohydrate meal. When I began eating Flaxseed with my meals, the painful tingling stopped.
      Please consider researching it.
I hope it can help you, like it helped me.

Congratulations. You are stronger than you think. I used to work with families of kids who are ADD. Just bringing up the alcoholism factor really pained a lot of people so I backed off. Too much drama. I can only help people who really want to get to the source. The Bible asks people to be pious.

    Dr Berg notes:
7 foods that destroy the kidneys:
    1. Instant noodles
Instant noodles often contain the preservative TBHQ, which is toxic to the kidneys.
    2. Foods high in artificial dyes
Foods like Skittles contain dyes that can wreak havoc on your kidneys.
    3. Fried chicken
The combination of high heat, seed oils, and breading in fried chicken can lead to glycation-a process that clogs everything up, especially in the kidneys.
    4. Commercial bread
Commercial bread is loaded with potassium bromate, a harmful chemical linked to kidney cancer.
    5. Soda
Soda contains phosphoric acid, which is harmful to the kidneys. It’s also high in sugar, which contributes to diabetes-the number one cause of kidney damage.
    6. Agave syrup
Often falsely marketed as healthy, agave syrup is high in fructose, which puts immense stress on the liver and kidneys.
    7. Cereals
Cereals are packed with refined sugar, seed oil, and refined starch. They also often contain glyphosate, a harmful pesticide.
Kidney disease prevention is key. Avoid bad habits that damage the kidneys, like consuming the foods above, and focus on a diet that supports kidney function.
    Thank you Dr Berg!

My kidneys are slowly getting better and as a side note so is my liver. To the point that a lot of my neck, shoulder, and lower back pains are gone.

Teeth plack comes off in chunks , rashes cleared up , dizziness went away and rib cramps are gone. I couldn't work out cause I cramped so bad from the depletion of minerals , a side effect of meds.

Yes, glyphosate is sometimes sprayed on cereal crops. Rough math, likely 95% of cereal crops are not spray with glyphosate to dry it down, we use other chemicals instead. And we don't use it very often here in canada. All commercial cereal crop seeds are not gmo/round-up ready. I'm ok with people picking on glyphosate (support local smaller farms that diversifies their fields through extensive crop rotation, with cover crops and livestock, it cuts down on synthetic fertilizers and chemicals) If your concerned about chemical adsorption, stay the fudge away from your lentil beans or food grade soybeans, they get way more spray/chemicals than gmo crops. I know this because I grow both. Still a good video Dr. Berg

Can't filtering your water be detrimental to ones health though to a certain degree if you're not getting some of the beneficial minerals and components, which the body needs, that are removed via filtering. One 'filtered water pitcher' system in particular, which can be found and bought at many of thr big name stores, seems to remove all minerals from tap water (tds testing on residential tap water filtered by this pitcher system shows a reading of 0 ppm).
From what I understand if someone drank this tds filtered (0 ppm) water exclusively their bodys ph levels would be negatively effected and thus their overall health as well. Is there truth to this and would ones diet and/or a multivitamin & mineral tablet or capsule negate these effects?
      Thanks👍

Of the seven foods listed the only one I eat is Ramon Noodles. I eat a packet as a side with virgin olil and a teaspoon of NoSalt (potassium chloride) four or five times a week. I do regular IF and just completed a 36 hour fast. But, trying to do everything Dr. Berg recommends is impossible unless you want to spend your entire day in a room figuring out your eating schedule. LOL Don't get me wrong. I love his videos and have gleaned a great deal of information from them. However, you also have to live. And, while I drastically cut down my sugar intake over 4 years ago I still indulge in some cake or cookies once or twice a week.
