You don't have to use clarifying every washday! It's to remove a lot of product buildup. If you overuse it it can strip away your natural oils and dry out your scalp and hair. As someone with wavy hair you should definitely be fine with maybe once a month. But personally I would only use it when u feel like your hair is getting dull and feeling like it needs a little reset from the product buildup. From one wavy girl to another ❤❤

You want to keep the natural oils, u could try a cowash in between your washdays 😊

Hello, If you read this I am letting you know you don't need dandruff shampoo. I have dandruff and those shampoos #1 probably not good for you anyway, but my savior is an ACV rinse. Never have another flake! I make my own and use between shampoo and conditioner plus then if you also, first get excess water out of your hair and put the ACV rinse on the ends it removes excess product. I use a bottle with an applicator (pointy) nozzle to be able to apply as you make "parts" on the hair as you apply to scalp, then "cup" your ends and apply, then gently massage your scalp and rinse then apply conditioner. YOU WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER FLAKE!. Recipe: 1 part ACV to 1 part water, my bottle is 8 oz and I use 5 drops of Rosemary and 5 drops of Lavender essential oils. Easy peasy and that way you can use whatever shampoo you want!

You put it on the ends, how about on the roots of your hair?

Try a curl creme instead of so much gel it can be bad especially if used too much or try mixing in a curl creme with ur gel I use Cantu Shea coconut curl creme & the activator creme other days (its a bit thinner) and the curl creme defines ur curls n makes ur hair 'shrink' up n like a gel, it also has a bit of a hold (aka curl cast) too keep in the definition of ur hair for longer (prevents it from falling straight again) also their ARGAN oil leave in conditioning repair creme (low key 1 of my faves) &they also all smell BOMB ASF

Love your results!! Just one question, where do you get your happy cappy shampoo? I think you said you get it for $8, but I’ve only been able to find it for like $13… I’d love to try it for my scalp!
