  • Daisy Fresh star Andrew Wiltse rolling No-Gi BJJ vs Violet Crown Jiu-Jitsu Austin students, after teaching a seminar post WNO match on Sunday in beautiful Austin, Tx. Andrew Wiltse is a Pedigo Submission Fighting Black Belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu in Mount Vernon, IL. Wiltse is the Top 6 Grappler at 185lb according to Flograppling Ranking. He is also a 5x IBJJF Worlds Gold Champion and a 7x IBJJF Pan American Gold Champion. Wiltse trains under Heath Pedigo and represents Team Pedigo Submission Fighting. Lastly, he is the 2020 IBJJF Pan No-Gi champion and one of the principal featured athletes in the Flograppling's new Daisy Fresh documentary series. Violet Crown Jiu Jitsu is a BJJ Academy in Austin Texas under Owner Rodolfo “Rudy Rexx” Canales who has taught Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 14 years in Austin and has held a BJJ black belt for 6 years.

      It was too easy, like seriously too easy. While filming it was apparent that he just taught a 3 hour seminar to students explaining exactly what he was going to do to them all lmao. He took everyones back and did the pass on literally everyone. It was really really smooth

    Man, rolling with him was fucking mind blowing. He’s so smooth. Obviously, I didn’t put up any sort of a fight and was probably the easiest roll of his life, but it was so cool to watch him work and feel that world champion top pressure for a short moment.

      Time stamp it!!! So we can know who ya are broski!!!! Honestly BJJ is an amazing underground sport because in very few if any sports allow a novice at the beginning stages of learning can train and interact with champions at the highest level. NFL doesn’t do that, UFC, MLB, World Soccer, NBA, etc. this sport is too lit 🔥

      Hey thanks so much for the support and praise yoo!!! When we started doing this so many people told us it wasn't a good idea. But we felt passionate about being able to study grapplers rolling. Most of BJJ is learned from doing, but watching high level people doing gives space to learn from watching. Glad you enjoy yoo. We got a lot more coming!!

      Say he taught his passing style first for about 3 hours. The Seminar was that long, then he proceeded to roll with every student and nail the guard pass every time. Andrew 'Pass Your Guard' Wiltse. We got his seminar being edited rn. Gonna post it here soon enough

      Sayyyyyy someone asked him if one of his moves was from Marcelo at the Seminar post WNO match. He very quickly shot that down and was like, nawwww thats my pass. You're right though, body types play a factor in how ones game evolves. He genuinely is "your favorite guard passers, guard passer" haha.

      Exactly my thoughts! Very slick guard. Right from 15:29 until Andrew takes his back. So frustating.... you know it's coming, but can't do anything to stop it.

It was wild, he taught it from so many different advantages and then NAILED it every time against his rolling partners. It was really impressive.
