Chris, I'm in my mid 60s looking for core strength, not a six pack just strength. Your routines allow even someone in my beginning state to do many of the exercises even at a very light level in order to build strength. Thanks for the inspiration and the time you've put into seeing that beginners can make the best of themselves that they can too. Doin' planks, leg lifts and scissor kicks to begin...the rest will come in time.
I’m 13 and my mother used to workout with my father. She told me that as you build strength in the core you will be building muscle too, so you might get a 6pack anyway, depending on your diet.

I bet this kid is gonna do good in his studies and social life as well as his fitness. You can see that his dad is teaching him more than just exercises, but he is actually teaching him discipline and passion. Two fundamental ingredients to be successful in anything the kid wants in the future.
