Old man ken is really good too. He does simple but very well done recipes. You don't always have time to do the complicated stuff like this guy even though it's fun

Being Italian I've seen quite a lot of lasagna in my life and that looks really good, I did it a couple times from scratch at home but it was to tedious so I use pre-made lasagne (the pasta sheets) and I make a quick ragu (rather do that than buying it premade, and the besciamella is easy so, yeah) Also, I experimented and wanted to share, peppers do not go well in the ragu for lasagna, the besciamella really enhances their flavor and it covers everything and it's STRONG bro, just a tip from someone that tried it for fun😂

Comunque secondo me usare tipi diversi di pomodoro (concentrato, passata e magari anche secco come hai detto) è la cosa da fare, perché la passata da sola secondo me non è abbastanza saporita (poi per carità a volte non avevo il concentrato in casa, ho fatto senza ed è venuta lo stesso, però col concentrato meglio)

This is one of the few respectful cooling channels out there. I've watched like 4 videos and from what I know he respects the recipes well and always ends up with delicious looking recipes, no bullshit. He even made good swedish meatballs
